OUTRAGEOUSLY TERRIBLE experience with the office staff here. After not having gone to this office in more than 3 years, they reported me to creditors for an appointment more than 5 years ago that was apparently rejected by insurance after the office staff approved it at the appointment on-site.
Despite having contact information and going to other eye appointments since this claimed ‘unpaid’ eye appointment, they sent my information to creditors instead of billing me the amount due or contacting me about it.
This amazingly unprofessional act makes me question why they are pulling up 5-year-old appointments and making claims of non-receipt of payment.
I would not recommend providing this questionable office with your personal information, and feel uneasy of them having mine.
