3⁄12 Update: So while I didn’t have the best experience, I was contacted fairly quickly by a new store manager who was super pleasant and informed me they have all new staff and are really shaping things up differently, with a bigger focus on customer service. I always love hearing this! I even spoke with her about popping in this week to have some frames tightened up(it’s free of charge here, even if they did not sell you the frames). I definitely appreciate when a store cares enough to follow up on a poor experience. 2⁄22: The staff was very friendly, but I had to wait 2 hours(AND I HADANAPPOINTMENT) on a Saturday morning to be seen by the doctor and order contacts. Also, they accidentally forgot to apply my insurance discount and had to credit my card after the fact. They also only ordered me 4 boxes when I asked for a year supply. I had to talk them through what to order. It was very disorganized.
