EZ Tanz

I used to frequent here in high school. It was right between school and work, which made the location perfect for me. They had an option for students that was 25 dollars for unlimited tans for a month. It was great for March/​April right before prom and spring break. The beds were always clean– I never once felt like they were gross, even during peak times. The younger staff was rude and seemed like they did not want to be there. The staff who had been graced with a little more life experience were very kind and helpful to those who had never tanned before. Another great thing about this place is their hours. I felt like they had a really good idea of when their peak times were, and stayed open later for those getting ready for vacation. They also have an appointment book, which is nice for those of us on a tight schedule. The only major flaw with this place is that their waiting room is cramped and their bathroom is dirty, both of which are signs that people frequent this business. Oh yeah, and I can’t seem to find a website for them.

I haven’t been back to EZ Tanz in a while, but tanned here throughout college. The prices are reasonable, the beds work well, the staff’s decent and they have hours that fill well with a wacky student schedule. If you live near Madison & Edgewood, or go to the University of Indianapolis, EZ Tanz is a good bet if you’re looking to get a little glow this winter. It gets really busy in the spring before spring break and prom season, but when I went to EZ Tanz religiously to prep for a spring break trip of my own, I never had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time — they have enough beds to make the wait pretty quick.
