Excellent service and nice rooms. They have taken great care of me every time I stay. You can tell the Gm and assistant Gm care about their work and the stay of the travelers

This is a five star review, not a five star hotel! This place does exactly what it is supposed to do perfectly. Our beds and pillows were super comfy, the shower was was great, the room was clean and did not smell. The pool is only indoor but there is a sunning patio just out the door. The breakfast was even a step up from typical. If you just need a good place to sleep on your way somewhere else, this is it!

I don’t know what happened to Katie but my wife and I have stayed here many times and the rooms, food, and staff have always been top notch to us. Always clean and safe, and my wife is strict about that and she’s very comfortable here. The staff has always been very helpful in suggesting places for meals and other things like shopping and movies. Hope this helps in your decision making. GR

We would not stay here again. We have stayed at Marriott properties before and had much better experiences. We received our room and the keys and they would not work. After 4 tries they still did not work. I suggested moving even though we had already unpacked. We moved to a bare bones room and were not given any considerations for doing so. The food was not eatable. The bread and bagels the first day were not just stale, but HARD! And they were never changed the 4 days we stayed there. Neither were the danish or muffins. I swear the eggs, as well, were from the day before. The fruit was old and the one day there was only one damaged apple. There was no healthy choices for cereal. The noise level being next to the high way was disturbing for us.

The pillows were too soft, I woke up with a really sore neck. I would suggest packing a healthy breakfast or grabbing granola bars from a gas station over this breakfast, unless you can get their one box of kashi cereal, the only thing that isn’t packed with sugar. I tried to write marriott to get a nutritionalist over there to review their«breakfast.» I stay at marriotts 4 out of 5 nights a week, and this breakfast is the unhealthiest I’ve seen. Bring your own!

We needed a place to stay overnight and I booked Fairfield having had good experiences with the chain in the past. Overall the stay was good but I had a rough night sleep due to a loud heater unit and uncomfortable pillows(too soft, we had requested firmer pillows when they asked in our reservation process). The heater was not broken in any way, it was just loud by nature. This hotel still seems fairly new, the room was nice and clean, as was the lobby and pool area. Breakfast was good(we love hotel waffles), and the staff was very nice and friendly. We had a great price on our room for this chain, so overall I was pretty happy.
