Description

Specialties

Bootcamp, Kettlebell, Boxing & Obstacle Course Race classes here are high intensity interval for maximum results.

Fire Eye Fitness is one step from having your own personal trainer. Each instructor gets to know you personally and your fitness goals. Fire Eye Fitness has created a community that works together in motivating each other and being held accountable in your workouts.

* Boot Camp and Obstacle Course Race (O.C.R.) classes are low-tech and hard work that keep you strong, lean and fit. These workouts are terrific training for popular races like Sprint Triathlons, the 500 Mini Marathon, Spartan Races and Warrior Dashes.

* Kettlebell weight-training is just now becoming popular in the United States. This style of workout simultaneously strengthens muscles and the cardiovascular system. Kettlebell provides many health benefits and gives twice the results in half the time of other types of workouts.

* The Boxing class blends cardio and strength. The clients get the intensity of hitting and kicking pads without the enormous learning curve and actual sparring drills of fighter workouts.

History

Established in 2008.

The first year was both exciting and nerve-wracking. In March 2009, Fire Eye Fitness held its first class — with one client.

Fire Eye Fitness’s curriculum is out in front of the current trends in fitness. I have no interest in being a «me too» fitness facility, just merely doing what others have already done. There is no challenge in being a copycat fitness center. Classes are creative, demanding, and unique to our personality and training style of high intensity interval training.
