I had my tile and grout cleaned for my large entryway, kitchen, dining and bathroom areas. Torrey, the owner, came on schedule and was very professional. I am very happy with the noticeable results! Torrey was able to remove dirt and stains that my normal cleaning could not remove. I have used them in the past for carpet cleaning and was very happy with that also.

Just had my living room carpets cleaned by this company. Excellent work, my carpet looks like new even though it’s 6 years old. I can tell through conversing with the gentleman who cleaned them that they make recommendations on your situation based on doing it right the first time. He did not try to up sell, the estimate over the phone vs. the end price matched and I didn’t feel overcharged for the job that was done. I would certainly use them again.

All seemed ÔK from the initial and outward appearance. They (the owner and an employee), showed up on time and in a self contained work/​conversion van with the proper looking equipment. They seemed cordial and professional in appearance and attitude. But, after all was said and done, I wondered how clean my rug really is because they were done so quickly. I asked if they could really gage if the carpet was clean, and I feel I really didn’t get a confirming and satisfactory answer, or simply, the answer I was looking for.
I had one room cleaned. It was approximately 20×15. When I watched the guy cleaning the carpet, he was moving the wand so quickly over the areas, that I was skeptical as to how the carpet could get cleaned completely and properly. I know — for example: when I vacuum, the slower I move the vacuum over an area, the cleaner it will get because the vacuum has a chance to do its job. I am just not sure about the comprehensive nature of the job. When I use my residential carpet machine, I can see if the area I am cleaning is dirty through the clear cleaning head, and certainly by the dirty water that remains.
I think they were there maybe a total of literally less than 15 minutes. I thought that was unreal.
I am struggling with this review, because I will have to go by blind faith that all was done adequately.
After the carpet dried, it just feels rough and crunchy to the touch. I vacuumed it several times, but it just isn’t as soft as it used to be.
They have a 30 day money back guarantee or a ‘do over’. I guess that consolation will have to suffice.
