The staff is nice, and they’ve been pretty good about giving me what I’ve asked for with my hair cuts. They have convenient location, convenient hours, and they have on-line check-in to help reduce wait time.

My son got a «fade» today and I should of just took the clippers and gave him a buzz cut for free. There’s no «fade» in his hair

Got a hair cut there today. The barber’s name was Tiffany. I wanted a trim and a side swept bang. The trim was ok, you can’t do a trim wrong. My bangs however, was TOO short! I wanted a long side bang but she finished my bangs with a single cut and it fell right on top of my eyes… WTF I even heard the other barber asked what happened to her bangs before I went out of the store. I also asked Tiffany to blow dry my hair after it’s been cut, snd she left the right side of my head still wet and asked me to come with her to the counter and pay. Sigh, even though I really hate my cut, I still left a $ 10 tip because it is Labor Day. I just wanted to say, come to this place if you want a cheap hair cut, just don’t get Tiffany.

Place is fine for a hair cut. $ 13 for a men’s cut for me and it saved my haircut preferences from out of state. Nice perk for being a national chain. I thought my cut was a little bit uneven but I am pretty picky after being spoiled by solid $ 9 – 11 haircuts in Chinatown in California. I guess we’re not in Kansas anymore toto

I’ve been here a few times for myself and my fiancé goes too, we are always happy with the quality of the cut here. I’ve had my hair stripped and deep conditioned and have been very happy with the results. Have never colored so can’t comment on that. Staff is very professional and nice!

I currently look like Joseph Gordon-Levitt from the 90s. I will never, ever come here for a haircut again, and it was so bad that I’m looking forward to telling people about my negative experience. My boyfriend needed a haircut and I just needed a quick trim, so we came here. I’ve always gotten cheap haircuts because literally all I ever need is a trim(no bangs, no layers, no color, etc.). When I got paired up with the lady who cut my hair(«Little Debbie» is what she called herself), she immediately insulted my hair before I even sat down in the chair. She suggested I use a hair product that I don’t think my hair needs(typical for someone cutting your hair), but she pretty much went on and on about how awful my hair was. She cut my hair very quickly and made no effort to check that it was even. She did not blow dry my hair after it was done. Then, the weirdest part of it all – she spent over half of my haircut talking to me about dead people. I offhandedly mentioned that I work in medicine when she asked, and she immediately asked my about my experience with dead people, what it’s like to see dead people, what do I «do» with dead people… I cannot even begin to explain how strange it was. I tried to change the subject several times and it kept coming back to it. My boyfriend had a mediocre experience with his haircut. He has wavy hair, and the lady cutting his hair, Debra, repeatedly suggested he use something to make the waves straighter. He likes the waves and told her that, and she didn’t care. He also briefly overheard the dead people conversation and thought it was weird, too. In conclusion, I will never ever ever go back here again. Had I been the one filling out the credit card receipt, they would have received NO tip(which is not something I normally do). I’ve gotten my hair cut at other Great Clips before and it turned out just fine. This experience at this franchise was TERRIBLE.
