great service! susan & samantha were amazing. they were super friendly, really helpful, & so funny too!
my fiancé & i just got wedding bands there & we really shoudl’ve gotten these a couple months ago. both of ours need to be ordered which can take weeks. oops! mine is a special size because of my freakishly small hands. so in the meantime, they’re going to size the band they have as small as possible, they already ordered my special size one, then when that comes in, they made my warranty work so that i can just exchange the two. i didn’t know you could do that. so they were really accommodating.
i want to eventually reset my engagement ring & i’m going back here for sure. i’ve never been to another chain jewelry store that was this good!
