Where do I begin? Paid for a climate controlled space that isn’t. No air conditioning in the summer, no heat in the winter. So what’s the point of paying extra? The added security of an inside unit you say?! Not so fast. Doors to our building do not shut automatically, so it is open to the world more often than not. Came in one Friday night to find some kids holding band practice in a unit a few down from ours. While they were kind enough to hold off the noise until we left, I didn’t like my «secure, climate controlled» unit to be the location of a teenaged jam session complete with hangers-on. So I wrote the management a letter detailing my dismay and they did not so much as acknowledge my note. Nothing. It wasn’t always like this. When we first move in there was heat and little to no security, now there isn’t even the heat to claim as a positive attribute. Needless to say I’m out of there. To be fair we’ve never had a real problem on the property, however I don’t feel they’ve provided the climate-controlled goodness I paid for. There are several options in the general vicinity. While I don’t know if they are any better than this one, I recommend checking them out and comparing them for yourself. This one is just so-so in delivering what was promised and what was paid for. Caveat Emptor.
