Jack’s Pizza

Pizza was OK but I thought $ 31 for a large pizza and some breadsticks was a little high. It took quite a while to have a delivered so it was not hot and had to be reheated.

I’ve never had a problem with any if my food at the restaurant. I felt I needed to leave a positive review because the other two were so bad it didn’t do the restaurant justice. Maybe you should order pizza from here instead of a chicken salad… just saying. Anyway, I grew up on Jacks pizza in the Greenwood area and its always been a comfort food for me. When I moved downtown years ago I was bummed about the possibility of not having a nearby Jacks pizza. Come to find out there was a location ¼ mile away! Offer the past 4 years I have ordered pickup and delivery from this location with zero issues. No matter what combination of toppings I get, I always make sure there is sausage. Jacks sausage a the must have foundation to their pie. Maybe try the fried biscuits and Apple butter instead of breadsticks for a change. Obviously there are better pizzas out there but this place holds their own and has for many many years. It will always be one of my go-to’s

Most disgusting chicken salad I ever had. Had the nerve to actually charge for it. Never again.

I have filed a complaint with the Central Indiana Better Business Bureau.
I called three days in a row and left my name and number asking for a call from the owner/​manager. I did not receive any return communication.
I also went to the website and sent an email using the «contact us» feature, no response.
Sadly, I felt my only option left was to file an official complaint with the BBB.
