One star minus 5… so after calling back after being hung up on… I was informed that they had run out of bread, and were not taking cash… so after placing my order and waiting 25 mins, we called. back… different person answers the phone… and tells me the bread has just come out, but cannot give me an ETA on delivery… I was then informed that their moto is no longer freaky fast, freaky good… upon delivery I received a napkin that clearly stated other wise… with our receipt saying DELAYDELAY… it was good but not freaky fast, more like freaky slllowwww… another epic fail jimmy gone wrong… plus you did not cut in half as requested… and clearly stated on my receipt…

I’d give this location five stars, BUT every time I call in for a delivery, the person on the other end of the phone is almost always rude. I always ask for mustard and they almost always never put any in the bag and they only give me ONE napkin even when I’m ordering multiple sandwiches. HOWEVER, the food is still great and the delivery drivers are polite, friendly and speedy quick…

I’m tempted to give them 2 stars, they’re okay, but I’ve had better at Subway. You don’t have any options for veg toppings at JJ other than standard lettuce/mayo, or nothing. I like my veggie toppings at Subway: pickle, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, black olives, and lettuce. And while some people like the hard crust white bread roll at JJ, I prefer the soft crust whole wheat at Subway. I think what JJ offers has quality for what it is, it just isn’t what I personally prefer in a sub.

I won’t be ordering from this Jimmy John’s any longer. I placed an order online and was called back immediately to inform me that they do not deliver cash orders after 4PM for their drivers’ safety. I spoke with a manager and he was very smug and when I told him that I have been ordering from them for three years at this address(four blocks away) and never once robbed their driver, he basically said he didn’t need my business. I was a driver for six years, so I know better than anyone that you will get robbed/mugged regardless of how much money is in you’re pocket. It’s a dangerous job. The store can prevent loss by sending drivers with fewer orders and having drivers make cash drops frequently. Not by driving away business from longtime customers. Service is slow anyway and the managers I have spoken too are rude and snug. Orders are frequently wrong or missing items. Don’t eat here.

They are freaky fast and very polite. If you are watching calories, get an unwich Md you get all the goodies in a lettuce wrap. Also, add a quartered pickle. Nom nom

Just because you call something gourmet doesn’t mean it actually is. The bag of chips that came with the sandwich, now that you could consider a gourmet packaged potato chip. But a weak version of a subway® sandwich? I’m sorry, I’m not buying it.

This place is conveniently located by my job so I USED to order frequently because they deliver. I’ve never once had a problem with the delivery part, but everything rose has sucked. Everytime I get a sandwhich there is something wrong. I used to oder the turkey tom a lot and then paid the extra dollar for cheese, just to take a bite to find out there was no cheese. If I’m paying for it, I expect it. I called and talked to a manager. He told me it was highly unlikely that I didn’t get cheese and that he would replace it but I had to send the old sub back with the driver so he could check. Really!!! Why would I lie about that. The driver even thought me returning the sub was ridiculous. I moved on from that experience and tried them again. I got the club sandwhich which included yellow lettuce. Its ok though, I also got white lettuce with brown spots on it. WORSTJIMMYJOHNSEVER!

Went to the shop. I’ll have the #6 basic sub with provolone cheese. «So you want the #1 ham and swiss,» replied the guy behind the counter. «No the #6 with provolone cheese,» I replied. «Oh, the #1 main sub,» he replied. Whatever! Too complicated to order a cheese sandwich on a bun!

I visit this particular location often due its strategic location and its proximity to Target(LOL). The place is clean, friendly service and quick — it is just like in their radio ads. Our favorites are turkey, double provolone, tuna salad and vegetarian sandwich(means lots of cheese and lettuce). I also love their day old bread for making sandwich at home. Bring your own pack of salt or utensils if you need one, because they do not provide these ones in the store.

You know, I typically do not«like» fast food — it’s something I eat only out of desperation or convenience — but I really, really like Jimmy John’s. I even crave it! Good bread, nice selection of meats, and this location has particularly friendly service.

A second storefront in Broad Ripple. Looks like a new construction in the Glendale Plaza. Very clean and the usual quick Jimmy John’s service. the sprouts seemed extra fresh today.
