What I don’t get is how this practice gets«Top Rated doctors in Indianapolis»… I went to Dr. Josephson with my problems he listened to me while yawning, ordered many tests and told me and assured me «we will get to the bottom of your problem» After many nuro tests, blood tests, MRI, Spinal tap tests, without even reading them to me he told me on one of my appointments that my results are like of an 18-year-old I have NO problems. Yet my body is telling me different and my symptoms worsen month by month. On my last appointment he made me wait for TWO(2) hours. No, no I am NOT exadurating I was actually monitoring the clock and I had an app for 12(noon) and he walked into room at 2:10. He apologized but I don’t need his apology. There’s a scheduling system for a reason. if you can’t see me at scheduled time then don’t bother scheduling for that time period! Funny thing that they have a stand in their practice reads the following: If you can’t keep your appointment and you do not notify us within 24 hours prior to your appointment, we will charge you a $ 50 fee”… yeah and who is going to pay me $ 50 for wasting 2 hours waiting for the doctor to come and tell me that I am «healthy» when I am far from being«healthy». My body gives me many warning signs. Dr.Josephson during my first visit promised me «we will get to the bottom of this and we will find out what’s going on with you» well… after $ 2000 in medical bills and I do not have a full time job he presented me with $ 138/month payment plan. I told his financinal manager I can’t pay $ 138(can’t afford it) they didn’t care much and just waited for me to agree to pay that. I also could not schedule another appointment with the DR. because I had to start my monthly payment plan! After I agreed to paying that amount and not sure how I am going to pay $ 138/month on top of my other thousands of dollars in medical bills… the Dr. assistant assured me that she would talk to the doctor and see if they can squize me in to be seen due to my symptoms worsening rapidly. 5 days later… nobody called me and they will not call. The doctor just wanted to get paid and not see me anymore! Oh and during my last visit when I waited for him for 2 hours, after he said all my test results are super, he asked me «what bothers you the most?» I did not think right and told hm «pain in my legs» he prescribed for me low dose nerve pain meds and sent me on my way. That was his entire treatment and $ 1900 bill… This is a business and they don’t give a crap about their patients. They see a patient as a $$$$ money object. Very dissapointed with this doctor and mostly I am very FRASTURATED with my situation.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Don’t care about anyone. Dr’s need to retire. They destroyed my file that had original copies from other doctors. Dr. MUNSHOWER himself being overweight does not need to tell somebody that has spinal damage to get off their fat ass. That is not exaggerated my proof is my grandfather at 75 being there at the time that this guy said so. They liked treating chronic pain and spinal damage with depression medication but give the people who don’t deserve help all the pills in the world. Stay away

I have seen Dr. Adam Fisch a few times in the last 2 and a half years. My first experience was hopeful, as he was not my first neurologist. After the first appointment, I was told that they would contact me to schedule another appointment, because they couldn’t schedule appointments 3 months out. Really? I’ve been to doctors offices, ten years ago that had that ability. I have also been to doctors offices within the year that could schedule a year out. Anyway, so they never contacted me, I had to call them, and of course it would be several months to get in. This happened EVERYSINGLETIME! Either their staff isn’t trained, or they did not want to help me. Also, every single time I had a suggestion on something I wanted to try, it was met with a scoff and a reason why that wasn’t ideal. I am trying to help fix myself, at least listen! So the last time I went, I was very insistent on what I wanted to try, and he reluctantly let me try the medication, all within the same breath of saying he couldn’t help me anymore, and to «Go somewhere else». I have never in my life ever been talked down to so badly from any person, ever. He doesn’t listen and I doubt he ever will. So unless you have neurological issues that are under control and easily diagnosed, I don’t recommend going to Dr. Fisch. He doesn’t want to do the work, nor will he listen to you. The only shining beacon in the whole place is his assistant. She actually answers the phone! She answers questions and will call you back. I forget her name, but she should be commended and given a pay raise, because she is the only awesome person in the whole place.

On my initial visit to this office I waited 1.5 hours. Fun, right? The good news is that this has only happened once… the best news: it was worth the wait. Dr. Josephson is the most thorough, kind and respectful neurologist I’ve been to yet. Once in consultation with him, I never felt rushed and more importantly, I never felt that he wasn’t listening to me 100%. His attention to detail is flawless and his reassurance is invaluable. The staff at JWM, from those who handle scheduling to those who conduct tests, is also very pleasant. Ultimately, the proof is in the pudding: Dr. J. gets my total endorsement because he has come closest to helping me pinpoint a frustrating, years-long medical mystery… and I do believe he will succeed… all because he is willing to listen to his patients, dig deeper and think outside the box.
