All repairs are done on site, including a window of which you can see them working and crafting jewelery. I have purchased many items from this store, and plan to keep going back and purchasing more.

So happy to have found Master Jewelers! It has been a journey. My husband did a wonderful job picking out my wedding set in his small hometown mom and pop estate jewelry store however this jeweler didn’t know anything about jewelry repair… little did we know…
After we were married I wanted to have the two bands soldered together so we took the rings back to the estate jeweler to have this service done. After several months of wear the rings came apart. This happened twice, and as this service from the estate jeweler was outsourced, I would wait 4 weeks at a time to get my rings returned. The third time we took it to a different jeweler in Indianapolis, same thing happened. The forth time after seeking recommendations we found Master Jewelers. Thank heavens!
At Master Jewelers, thanks to their knowledgeable staff, I discovered my rings were from the 1920’s and I probably would have never soldered the rings together in the first place if I would have known they were vintage pieces. I also discovered the previous jewelers were using white gold instead of platinum (my ring is platinum) to repair the shank of my ring. Master Jewelers had to go in, remove all of the white gold and rebuild the shank with platinum. They did an excellent job with the repair and my ring was finished within the week. It has been 6 six years and I haven’t had any issues with my band. I have also taken my ring to them to fix damaged prongs and replace a small pave diamond. My ring always comes back looking beautiful. They really do an exceptional job, their pricing is very reasonable, and they can get repairs done quickly. Their staff are also super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful.
Other notes: They source Fair Trade diamonds for their jewelry. The have a team of craftsman & gemologists on staff that are certified master bench jewelers. This means you can feel confident they know what they are doing. They won’t outsource your repair. My one regret is that I didn’t take my ring to them first as it would have saved me a lot of trouble and money. So, if you are in the market for an engagement ring, jewelry, a custom designed piece, or repairs I would highly recommend checking them out.
