Customer Service means a LOT to me. And, it’s usually hit or miss at clothing stores. Well, this time was a BIG hit. I had a great experience. I went in with some unusual requests and they did everything they could to help me out. I am a tall and slim man so my size is hard to find. They were really great about it. I will definitely go back to this location again!

I had the WORST experience with Men’s Warehouse off of 82nd street. We called in the sizes for our ring bearer since he lives out of town, but somehow his info didn’t get saved and therefore not ordered. They had the wrong shoe size for BOTH my brother and my father, and one of my groomsmen’s pants was way too short on my wedding day! AND they didn’t order any of the groomsmen or fathers’ suspenders. I can’t make this stuff up. I do NOT recommend this place for a wedding party. Save yourself the stress; you have enough to worry about for your wedding!

Had a shirt Tailored and it came back with a ripped pocket!!! They are just another store that talks big but delivers little. We’ll see how they handle this but good thing I looked at the shirt with some time to fix it!!!

I have not once had a truly seamless experience at this Men’s Wearhouse. If it’s not a sleazy upsell tactic it’s something else; including but not limited to wrong orders, wrong sizes, incorrect tailoring, loss of items, and slow as molasses service. You would assume with 10+ employees in the store at all times at least one of them would be competent. For my own wedding rental they had my pants hemmed incorrectly. One leg was literally 10 inches longer than the other leg. That was a fun drive the night before the wedding to get new pants overnighted from a different store. Literally go anywhere else to buy a suit. Anywhere. Find a Goodwill. If zero stars existed this place would get that.

A man should look and dress respectable, when the time, place and/or occasion calls for it. I am a staunch supporter of looking sharp, and find excuses to do so whenever I can. Men’s Wearhouse in Castleton is a place where you can achieve any dapper look you are going for, for a reasonable cost… if you have a discount coupon. I am impressed with the selection of Men’s Warehouse stores, especially this one. Plenty of casual, casual-business, business, and formal wear. Many guys don’t realize, but this is a great place to shop for your everyday look, plenty of denim and untucked shirt options, as well as vests and jackets. I was in to find a new blue suit and get it paired with some shirt and tie options. I worked with a knowledgeable and friendly gentleman by the name of Alan. Alan set me up with an awesome Calvin Klein X slim suit that is one of the most unique blue suits I’ve ever seen. GQ worthy, it was probably in Esquire. He didn’t have my size in store, so he got it in from the warehouse and had it fitted, which makes a suit look so much better — guys: get you suits fitted. You won’t regret it. My only complaint in the whole deal was, that I purchased a $ 600+ suit, got it fitted for $ 50, and spent over $ 300 in shirts and ties and they wouldn’t send me home with my suit in a fabric garment bag. Instead, my high-dollar wardrobe investment went home in a glorified garbage bag, tied at the bottom. C’mon Men’s Wearhouse, step up your game. My takeaways: bring a coupon, get your suit fitted, work with Alan, and ask, no, demand a suit bag.

DON’T ADDTOTHESTRESSOFYOURWEDDING, JOBINTERVIEW, EVENT; AVOIDMEN’S WAREHOUSE, IFYOUCANPOSSIBLYDOIT Men’s Warehouse is NOT the place to go if you are already stressing about your wedding, job interview or other special event. Do yourself and your friends a favor by finding a more professional men’s clothing and formal wear store. Men’s warehouse is over-priced, under-performs and offers poor-quality men’s fashion: — inexperienced, yet full of attitude; — careless measuring; — wrong sizes upon delivery; — poor tailoring; — damp, wrinkled tux shirts; — etc., etc., etc. I will add to this review, but wanted to warn folks in hopes they don’t make the same mistake my friends and I made. Remember, NOMEN’S WAREHOUSE!
