Excellent customer service and inventory at N3 Boatworks! Mike Dougherty spent a significant amount of time with us while we shopped the 2013 Nautique inventory in the showroom. He walked us through each and every feature of the latest models. He even allowed us to take a peek at the boats in the shop since they had different custom features (a gunmetal tower, eagle decal, etc.). Their website also includes detailed video tours of the boats, which sets them apart from the competition. While we didn’t leave with a new boat, we will definitely be making our way back to N3 Boatworks when we are ready to transact. Two thumbs WAY up!

I have been a Nautique owner since 1998 when I purchased my first boat from Mark Dougherty. Since then Mark and I have become very good friends and have done lots of business together. From new boat sales and excellent ongoing customer service to stereo upgrades N3 has been my go to dealership. A few years ago I began storing my boat inside their massive dealership warehouse and a quick phone call and my boat is ready for pickup.

Last year I had a mechanical problem when pulling my boat out and Mark arrived with a boat to tow me — on a cold and windy November day. Did I mention I was stranded and freezing my butt off and the owner came and rescued me? He did and this type of service is above and beyond the horror strories I’ve heard from my friends who deal with other boat dealerships. Not many dealers will do this but these guys really do try harder than the rest in the Indianapolis area.
