I love this place! Choose your pasta, choose your protein(I always choose organic tofu), etc. Great soups, salads, sandwiches and now, flat breads. The service is always great and they are very accommodating. Wine and beer, too. Real china, cage-free eggs. antibiotic-free grilled chicken and environmentally conscious practices. No, I do not own their stock or know anybody who works for them. I just think they are the best and you must eat there! I always order more pasta than I can eat and take the rest home, throw it in a skillet and enjoy.

The peanut noodle with tofu: tofu had a funky aftertaste, almost burned flavoring. Not very many vegetables. Bangkok noodle: sweet and very savory with a nice spice. Plenty of vegetables, but lacked on noodles when compared to other dish also having rice noodles. Came in with a buy one get one coupon from their email program. Would for sure get Bangkok again but not so sure On pad Thai.

I love the wisconsin Mac n’ Cheese. This is the only place I know of that I can order mac n’ cheese and still feel like an adult. It’s a little pricey, but the menu is broad & the choices are wonderful. Love the coke machine with +100 options.

If you like noodles this is the place for you! Nice place to eat and the staff are friendly, most of the time they are pretty fast at getting your meal to you. My favorite meal to get is the Penne Rosa w/Parmesan crusted chicken. The only problem I have with this restaurant is the price, little expensive for jazzed up noodles!

I’m not going to lie I don’t frequent here very often. But when I do I get my meal for free(hell yeah birthday program!). They have lots of options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike, and they even list the calories on the menu(handy — maybe next time mac n cheese…). This location is always clean and quiet and the food comes out in no time. I usually get the Japanese pan fried noodles(delightful) because it’s so damn tasty. Basically if you’re going to go, sign up for the birthday club or email program or whatever the hell it is. Who can say no to one free meal a year?

Who doesn’t love noodles? Wisconsin Mac & Cheese is never a bad choice with or without chicken. The coke free style machine is amazing and allows a lot of different options. This location has a friendly staff and clean environment. The food always comes out fast, and hot… always a plus when you’re starving. Their music selection is a little random but who cares when the food is so delicious.

I tried this place when it first opened a few years ago and didn’t like it. I have no idea what possessed me to go back. Anyways, noodles sounded good yesterday. I was impressed by the Asian cuisine on the menu and really couldn’t choose. The lady told us we could return our dish for a different one if we did not like it. So I chose the pad Thai and my daughter chose the mac and cheese. Both were disgusting! The pad Thai noodles were inedible. They were chewy and even crunchy in some parts. The mac and cheese noodles were also way undercooked. I don’t understand how a noodle place can cook noodles wrong! I exchanged my pad Thai for the Japanese pan noodles and I don’t know if I’ve ever tasted something so hideous. It tasted like tubes of dough on my plate. Yuck! I finally just asked for my money back and went next door to Moe’s to eat. I have no clue how this place stays in business. Oh, and the place just looked and felt dirty!

I’d never had noodles and company before. and I now see why. What a nightmare. There were a few people in line before us when we arrived. We briskly moved through the line and ordered without incident. After about 5 — 7 minutes of waiting on our food they come out to let us know that they are out of the pork and that we could have anything else on the menu… Well that sucks because nothing else really appealed to me. About 40 seconds after one worker leaves to give us a few minutes to figure out what we’d want another member comes out and proceeds to tell us they are out of pork. Wait a second… you’re out of pork? really? there were literally maybe 4 people working. is it that hard to communicate amongst 4 people working in like 25 sq ft of kitchen and counter? I finally order a steak and cheese and my friend orders a meatball. About 2 minutes later our wives meals come out. mostly. The other part of one of their meals comes out a minute or 2 later. About 10 minutes later after they’ve all but finished their meals, my friends meatball comes out. A minute or later my steak and cheese finally comes out. For the steak and cheese, I didn’t expect some masterpiece or huge sandwich, but this thing was tiny… Each half was maybe a little bigger than a slider. It was flavorless and uneventful. But at least i had that chocolate chunk cookie to look forward to right? Well either i neglected to read the fine print on the sign or it wasn’t there… this was an oatmeal cookie with chocolate chunks… Sigh. crappy ending to a crappy experience. I won’t be back. Side note — this place is right next to city bbq. go get me some pulled pork there!!! Ps. my wife just added that they were out of a lot of soda flavors in their fancy soda machine.

I’ve been here several times and always found the place with dirty dishes on several tables. On this visit I had to clean a table so my family could have a place to sit. I stacked the dirty dishes on the serving counter just to make a statement. There seems to be enough employees to send one or two to clean off the tables so paying customers can sit down. And, the price is expensive for what you really get. I don’t think I will come back to this place.

Only giving it a 3 because the service was slow and our order was wrong.

Decent place for ‘Noodles’. They have a good selection, that’s for sure. This visit was only a 4 because the noodles and sauce were kinda ‘mushed’ together. When it’s fresh, you can’t beat it for the price!

I got an Asian salad that was very very good but also overpriced. Seems like some bread to go with it would be nice. My dining companion had also eaten there recently and thought the pasta was a better value. I had a pasta dish at another Noodles & Company and it was just okay. My granddaughter loved the macaroni and cheese. My salad was good, but I enjoy salads just as good at other restaurants for half the price.

Why do people like this place so much? I am on the road a lot for work, and I often have to grab something quickly. When I am on the Southside I typically stick to Yats or Panera, but both of those places were out of my way on this particular day. I had eaten at Noodles before, and I have never cared much for any of the noodle dishes– mostly because they are always covered in oil. It was a hot day, so I ordered the Med Salad. I had ordered this on previous occasions and thought it was pretty decent for a chain/fast food salad. This salad was foul. First, the lettuce seemed warm. What the fuck?! How does that even happen? Was the refrigerator broken? Did the lettuce get to close to the geyser of hot oil where they cook all the noodles? And the dressing! The dressing was warm too, and there was way too much of it. It tasted like someone had accidentally dropped the entire salt shaker into it. Is this a new thing. Hot, salty salads? Maybe Noodles is trying to break new ground. Maybe I am just a crotchety, old-fashioned buffoon that like his salads cold. Then the sauteed beef.- I payed extra for this. I don’t even know what part of the cow this came from. It wasn’t sauteed that is for damn sure. It wasn’t sliced into strips. It wasn’t cut into chunks. It almost looked like someone had boiled a roast and torn it into shrapnel with their hands.- It was about two steps above dog food. I ordered this disgusting salad and a water.- That’s it. It cost me over $ 8. Seriously. Eight fucking dollars. If I had walked in, licked the floor, and left I probably would have been more satisfied. Unless, of course, they charge customers to lick the floor. It wouldn’t surprise me. They are after all pioneers in the food industry. Warm salads and floor licking.- This is the future of fast food. I should have taken the five extra minutes and gone to Yats. Jesus.

I have to admit I even surprise myself when I gave it only 3 stars. Because when I was a kid I was the pasta kid. I love and still love pasta. So you think I would love this place. It’s okay. Second time I have been in the place. Maybe it’s just me. But I would rather go to another little favorite Chinese place around the corner from this place. I think the Shrimp was good but not enough for the size bowl. Doubt I will rush right back anytime soon.

5 stars for customer service. I have been a patron of noodles since the first one opened in Carmel a few years ago. The food is always good if not great for the price. The few times I or anyone I have been dining with has had an issue it has been taken care of immediately! For those of you new to noodles here we go: The menu board is divided into 3 sections: American, Italian, Asian. American options include Stroganoff, Mac & Cheese, etc. Italian includes: Pesto Cavatappi(my personal fav), Penne Rosa, Spaghetti w Red Sauce, etc. Asian includes: Pad Thai, Japanese Pan Noodles, etc. Then you pick a protein(if so desired) Beef, Shrimp, Tofu, Chicken, Parmesan crusted Chicken, etc. And you pick your size, small or regular. They do offer a combo plate(I made that name up, not sure what Noodle’s calls it but you get the idea) of pick one pasta, one protein, and one soup or salad. They do serve beer & wine, have a fountain machine, along with a beverage case of teas, juices, and milks. For dessert try a giant gooey Rice Krispie treat or Cookie.

Wife and I stopped here on Sunday for lunch during yet *another* trip to Bed Bath & Beyond.(We’re newlyweds.) It’s a good joint. Yes, it’s slightly more expensive than a burger at Mickey D’s, and it takes a little longer, but the menu’s unique and interesting for a fast food joint. The best part is the service, though. The folks behind the counter are friendly.

Good food usually. A couple of times I’ve been when they are busy and my noodles came out way overdone.
