Unless you are truly desperate and starving and there are no other food establishments within 50 miles, stay far, far away. I went here because I needed to grab something quick for my family and I and thought this might do the trick. The lines were not that long, but somehow it took over 20 minutes to get my food and it was not correct. I ordered 2 popcorn chicken bite meals, two burgers, two chicken sandwiches and a fry. I had to repeat this 3 times at the speaker and then 2 times at the window. After repeating it a third time at the window, the food was handed to us. I was now running late for the event that I was supposed to already be at, so I made the mistake of assuming the order was correct since I had repeated the order 6 times at this point. I get to a stop light and check the food, no chicken sandwiches. I did not have the time to go back to get them, so I just kept going to my event. I emailed Rally’s a week ago about this issue and still have not received a reply and good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone. So, I feel like Rally’s stole my money for the chicken sandwiches and since they appear to be a customer no service company, have decided that my issue is not worth their time. Thanks for stealing my $ 4 Rally’s, you’ve lost a potential customer over it.

If hell had a Rally’s, it would be this Rally’s. As a previous poster said, there is a nice manager who always seems to be working, often by herself. Food is okay at best. Ice cream machine(my typical reason for stopping by) has apparently been broken for six weeks. Just go somewhere else.

i stopped here yesterday night after 8 pm. they only had one cashier for both sides. the lady did the best she could, but it was slow. food was good. they need to hire more people. there was 5 cars waiting. i would have said a 5 star if the manager had more people working. maybe it is time for a new manager. so sad. about $ 7.50 for a meal. should be closer to $ 5.00. hope this place gets better.

After ordering two Big Buford sandwiches and a large fries, they refused to give me a water cup except for a kid-size. I figured I could pay an extra 25 – 50 cents for a larger cup(like most fast-food establishments offer), I was told that any other size cup of water would be $ 1.95. Take your business elsewhere.
