Yes it’s a Starbucks and they are always amazing, but holy cow the prices! There are several other Starbucks in downtown Indianapolis, unfortunately I thought I’d stop in at the one closest to my meetings. Big mistake. SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than all the other downtown locations, and trust me I’ve been to them all! Not bad service though.

What a rude barista. My order was messed up & after explaining to the barista, she(mid aged Caucasian female) was very upset that cashier hadn’t ring up my order appropriately. It was a very simple order. She looked at me such a stranger way like I had done something really screwed up. I just flew 8 hours & this was my first stop in Indianapolis downtown, was hoping for a little bit warmer & welcoming response in the cold afternoon:(

Typical Starbucks. The line was wrapped all the way through the room but they got us through pretty quickly. Staff were very friendly.

Change the store hours on the map or stay open until 8pm on Saturday night. Or at least don’t close at 6:59pm with customers still walking in the door!

This Starbucks has some of the best baristas around. Not only do they make drinks correctly and promptly, they are some of the most friendly people. I could have free coffee at work. But, I like the walk here as a way to get away from the office for a few minutes. My daily visit to this Starbucks is more about getting away for a little bit. And this staff makes that time great. A note: This is actually the Omni Severin running a Starbucks, so you cannot redeem free drinks earned on your Starbucks card. You’re still, however, able to earn stars with purchases.

I have seen an employee, I believe she is actually the manager, coming back from a smoking break and start working without washing her hands. I have been going to this Starbucks often since I’ve been staying at this hotel and I have seen this happen more than once. How do I know she was coming from smoking break? Because her breath smells like ashtray! Disgusting!

Friendly service and nice seating area. Staff was nice even after I accidentally broke a mug! Sometimes lines were long in the morning.

This Starbucks has a lot of indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. The staff was friendly and since it is in the lobby of the lovely Omni hotel, the environment is lovely.

I don’t usually review chain restaurants, but this Starbucks is absolutely adorable! Conveniently located at the Omni Severin hotel(where I was staying), the staff is friendly, it is always clean, and it is one of the cutest Starbucks/coffee shops I’ve ever been in!

Meh, this location is just ok. The staff is mediocre and move at their own pace. It seems that they’re not really there to get people in and out. One person can be responsible for taking orders and making drinks while another employee stands there or looks through a binder behind the counter. Since I work in the mall this is the most convenient location that accepts the Starbucks gold card so I can earn my stars.

We have a «Starbucks» in my office building. In reality, it’s an Aramark stand that tries to brew Starbucks coffee. I’m a coffee snob and refuse to drink it. So, I walk to this Starbucks when I’m in need. It’s a 10 minute round trip if there isn’t a wait(usually) and they give select local companies discounts(so make sure you show your ID and ask). I’ve never had a bad experience here. 5 stars in the world of Starbucks ratings.

Quick service and extremely friendly. The manager has a great memory too. I was in town for a week and everyday she remembered that I didn’t like bananas. This made ordering my preferred smoothie a cinch. I wish every Starbucks was this attentive.

It gets the job done and its on the way to work. People who work there are a little too over excited to talk to you at 8 am and the store doesn’t honor Starbucks Rewards cards — its like a knock off Starbucks, but I mean they still have coffee if you’re willing to put with the minor annoyances.

I would love to review the actual service and product at this Starbucks. Unfortunately, they have the worst hours for a coffee shop I’ve ever experienced. I was staying in Indy for 4 days(Sat-Tues) and everyday I wanted to stop by after dinner or something and it was closed. I’m unfamiliar with the idea of a coffee shop closing at 8:00, it makes no sense to me. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Especially one inside a hotel, where guests and businessmen alike are akin to a coffee at night. The funny thing is, even on Tuesday, when I was getting ready to leave Indy I thought«well, finally, it’s only 11am, they’ve gotta be open». Only to find a sign on the door telling me they were closed because they were testing generators or something. Starbucks in a hotel isn’t there for their great coffee or some hidden secret. They’re there for convenience, and this is about the most inconvenient Starbucks on earth.

New Starbucks location right in lobby of my hotel which is super convenient while I am staying here for a convention and need my morning caffeine. This spot is kind of fancy looking with a nice counter area and crystal chandeliers hanging in front of it. Full menu as with most locations. Lots of seating — high-top tables, window counter, outside patio seating street side, and even a little nook with comfy leather chairs. Free wifi. Very friendly staff that welcomes everyone who enters with a hearty hello and will engage in cordial conversation. Quick and attentive with the drinks. Adjacent to the Omni Hotel lobby so you can take your drink to one of the nice couches there and relax while watching some tv on the flat screen. Plus, my hot coffee does not have that burnt bitter taste here as other locations seem to have. That’s a win in my book.

It’s a Starbucks, so as far as Starbucks go, they are top-notch. Witty banter between coworkers entertain us customers as we wait for our beverage. Even so, the wait was short n’ sweet. I enjoyed sipping my drink at the window high-top and people watch. Lucas Oil Stadium is a stones throw away… if there was a wind, a strong wind. But seriously, I can see it from my high-top table. Last note: I like my chai like I like my men — stong, smooth, and keeps me up. And my friends, they make a strong chai here. :o)
