At first glance, this store doesn’t seem as clean as it should be for this time of day. There were several workers, but only one taking orders at the counter. I would be willing to give this store another chance.

Good Venue. One of few with a Cover Brewer and Reserve roasts by the mug. A tad cramped and on the chilly side indoors. Quaint patio if you tolerate highway noise.

This is one of the better and more consistent Starbucks around town. The main issue here is the lack of parking. If you cannot find a spot, I suggest being brave and parking in the lot to the North on the South edge near Starbucks. The inside tends to run on the chilly side, so you might bring a jacket or coat with you. I like to work here because there is a long bench of bar stool type high seats along the windows that have power outlets under them. Facing the windows while working can help avoid distractions and conversations going on. There are also a few tables great for groups. Be wary that the drive thru is often wrapped around the building in the mornings.

It’s fine from a Starbucks point-of-view, but I won’t go back. Their parking lot is the worst. Since there are plenty of people other Starbucks I can go to, I’ll save myself the headache of getting stuck in the long line due to one-way traffic patterns and too little space for cars to maneuver around the store.

This location is no different than any other Starbucks as far as service. Not a lot to say that anyone doesn’t already know. The staff is always friendly. A word of warning though: The parking lot is a damned nightmare! Seriously, it’s a train wreck. Otherwise always had a good experience.

Not the most efficient Starbucks that I have ever been to. We visited on a typical weekday evening to find that the place was pretty busy. There were several people in line as well as several people seated around the lounge area. One thing that I noticed is that they do not take your name when they take your order. I feel that when a place is super busy that is the easiest way to make sure that everyone gets their drink. I mean its Starbucks so its not like every single person is going to order something different. The girl that took my order seemed to be a little frazzled by how busy they were. IDK how else to word it other than that. Just felt that something was a little off. Then you had several people actually making drinks. I counted 3… which you would think that would mean you’d get your drink faster. But that was not correct either. Two people seemed to be not only making drinks but also trying to manage the drive thru. They carried a personal conversation the whole time but talked loud enough that everyone could hear. Despite the lack of organization the drinks did come out in the order in which they were ordered. That was impressive. Also with everyone kind of doing their own thing only 1 persons drink was wrong. Apparently a guy wanted his drink cold and they made it hot. When my drink finally came out I felt that it wasn’t made like the other places. Its not that hard to make a passion tea lemonade sweetened either… but apparently they did something wrong. Due to the slow pace and overall appearance that no one really knew what was going on… I did not ask them to re-make it. It wasn’t horrible by any means… just not what I was expecting. Maybe they left the sweetener out? Regardless I feel that I will pass up on this location and choose to give my business to another location… one that is more efficient and quicker.

I always enjoy my drinks from Starbucks(bring back Valencia Orange Refresher). A pet peeve of mine is when someone does not say thank you or you’re welcome. When placing orders at the drive up, it would be pleasing to hear them say thank you. They say thank you at the window, but it should also be said when you place your order. Why not? It is what starts your day. Gratitude is so important!

The staff are super nice. They ask how your day was at the drive through window! And they haven’t messed up a single order of mine.

Best Starbucks there is. I’ll drive out of my way to stop at this one. I visit Starbucks everyday. I’ve been to this location a couple of hundred times. It is always fast and only one time I was given the wrong drink and it was from a lady who must have been new I’d never seen her before

I love this starbucks but today have to give it a one star the lady at the pos aka register i couldn’t catch her name short chubby wears a ball cap. She is so rude and always looks like she is on something. She never smiles and is always straight to the point she is new i believe and shows no interest that she even likes her job or wants to get to know customers. So very very bad customer service!

This location is OK. It has a drive thru which is nice but parking is extremely limited and it is no longer 24 hours. This would have been a 5 star location in its 24 hour heyday but I myself have almost forgotten that it is there since it seems like it is closed all the time now.

FYI: Last time I was here, it was only open until11pm… although that still puts it as one of the few Starbucks that stays open past 9pm or 10pm.

We know what Starbucks is… so this is going to be quick. 24 hours. That’s right 24! And… the only 24 hour coffee shop in Indiana! Well beyond truck stops and such. Fun, chatty, caffeinated staff. Ample leg room. I’d drive from my Northside location for this place. I bet they bend the rules and give free refills when it’s the right thing to do at this Starbucks. 24 hours. Good form! PS It’s Starbucks, not Starbuck’s. There’s no possessive apostrophe necessary here. This reminds me of how sometimes folks will give a venue the possessive, which irks the syntactical beetlegeuse out of me.(For example… Bravo café is often said as «Bravo’s.») I’m still trying to figure out how this pet peeve could possibly be linked to something deeper for me. Inner-Rabbi Therapist… your thoughts?

A Starbucks! But what’s important about this Starbucks when compared to other Starbuckses(is that the right plural?) is that it is open 24-hours. Now, caffeinated beverages at odd hours of the morning might appeal to a limited crowd, but it’s a wonderful place to hang out, or even grab a scone. The staff here is friendly, as it’s kind of slow at 3am, and the chief crowd is from the local university stopping by for the myriad of reasons a college student has to want coffee. The ambiance is like all Starbuckses’s, you’ve seen it before. This one is a little nicer than most in that the walls are plain colors and no bizarre artwork is looming down at you. Service is prompt unless it’s really busy, and they’re always willing to remake a drink for you if the first one was done incorrectly, or even if you merely suspect the first one was done incorrectly. Something to say against it. The bathroom lights are those stupid, automatic ones that turn on when you enter. More than once, these lights have not come on.
