FRAUD!!! I am a current owner who hired this company for over a year now to manage my property as I live in another State. Repairs were done without my knowledge and they automatically deducted it from our tenants rent. According to our agreement that anything over$ 200 dollars in repairs will need owner’s approval. The repairs he has done were not approved by me. Therefore, I started inquiring about the repairs being done on the property. I wanted to get more details that just «check toilets» and «install faucet» and I also wanted to get the original receipts for the parts. Ted said that they are a green company and he does not need to provide me with original receipts. In addition, when I got a hold of the Tenant living in the property, she had informed me that they have not fixed anything around the house. I fired him and requested the deposit and the current monthly rent be mailed to me in full and he has not. We have filed a claim and am currently hiring an attorney. Want everyone else to know how greedy this property manager is Ted Hudnut and his employees are no help either and are so rude! The only thing GREEN here is his GREED!!!

Hudnut is as dishonest as they come. They manage a property adjacent to mine and dumped a bunch of yard waste on my property. When I called to ask about it, he promprtly hung up on me after a series of choice words. He is a liar an a crook.
