SLOW AS MOLASSES. I am a former restaurant manager and their lack of discipline is maddening. And the manager stands around letting everyone work slow. Good food, terrible speed of service.
UPDATE: Not only are they slow, but they screw up at least one item on every order… for example, 3 out of 6 items on our order were messed up… one had tomatoes when I said no tomato, another was missing doritos taco shell and also still had tomato, and another had beef when I explicitly said beans instead of beef. Awful attention to detail. If the owner were smart, they would clean house and hold people accountable. Really terrible.

Food is fine most of the time, but by far the most consistently slow drive thru on the planet, especially early to middle evening any night of the week. I can’t tell if they are understaffed or if their system is just broken, but it’s the slowest fast food restaurant that I know of. I stayed in line one time for over 20 minutes just to see how bad things actually were. Definitely a lot of room for improvement here. Nice looking location otherwise.

Trashy, rude, and slow service. Went in today around 130 the employee young AF male could not have been any rudder to everyone who came in. Basically said to everyone want do you want, tried sweeping the floor with a broom was doing it so hard he was making dust go everywhere in the dinning room and didn’t care if you were walking by him. Talking to his pals outside and texting was more important.
Dinning room was covered in trash all over the floor, tables had trays on them with trash.
Service was extremely slow for an order of 4 simple tacos, took 15 minutes.

The reason I’m reviewing this Taco Bell is because the customer service here is ALWAYS excellent. The workers are always genuinely happy and friendly. I’ve never encountered that at a fast food restaurant. Makes me jealous haha! The food is standard Taco Bell– tasty and cheap.

Just drove past this location and lights were on including sign that read drive thru open. However when we pulled up to the speaker the person told us they were closed. So, it’s a little ambiguous when in fact they are open and when they close. Probably will avoid this location from now on.

While the restaurant is clean staff is not welcoming and my order has taken over 15 minutes. They have an issue with poor management on lunch hour. Equipment was also broke and some food items were unavailable. If a manager is reading this I will say the young white gal on the food prep line was helping expedite and doing a good job fixing everyone else’s problems.

I am trying to cut back on fast food but this Taco Bell is one that I don’t mind frequenting. They are right down the street from my job and they are always fast when getting orders out, this is very important when it comes to short lunch breaks. Another thing I can appreciate is order accuracy. There are other taco bells near my home and they frequently mess up my orders which are usually simple. This taco bell will always get service from me.

I don’t too often review fast food chains but this Taco Bell deserves some recognition. I went through the drive through tonight. Everyone in there was all smiles — happy in fact. The guy at the window and the guy behind him and someone else inside there. I could get that vibe from inside there all the way into my car. Seriously, it was noticeable. Winning smiles and a happy vibe. There’s some sort of deeper lesson in this. I’m listening.
And the order fast, correct and well made.

This Tbell is great. When they first opened it was very but after they all got the hang of the job it’s been great! Would recommend the potato soft taco any day, always add a fire sauce to it though. Also don’t expect much, it’s Taco Bell. But a nice new Taco Bell to go to instead some old run down one.

WHAT A FINE LOCATION! But really. It’s Taco Bell. It’s hit or miss. Half the time the cashier is dumbfounded at what you ordered. BUT usually very quick and delightful!
