Do not come here during the holidays or suffer. First if all the store is and always has been too small. The aisles are not made for the carts they provide. Even after the«renovations» a few yrs ago the layout of the store is terrible, cramped and it is dirty, always dirty. They are always understaffed, even during the holidays and plan very poorly for the holdup rush each year. I am going home to order from Amazon Prime. As a side bot went to Walmart earlier today and was in and out no problem. The line here is all the way to the back of the store and it is a hot mess in here. No excuses they know better

I have never experienced worse service anywhere during the holiday season! I don’t expect much during the holiday season from a toy store, but the people working in this store are just miserable. Even Walmart is better! Thanks toys r us!

I have not been in this store for over a decade. The layout seems strange to me. Maybe I just don’t shop in toy stores enough, but the design was not intuitive and I had trouble finding things. PROS: — prices were average — lots of items on sale — rewards program — big selection CONS: — hard to find the prices for many items — bathrooms were disgusting — one salesperson was not very nice and salespeople generally are hard to find — they do not have floor models of most bikes, so you cannot try them to see if they fit

This Toys R Us has all the things you’d find at most any TRU: lots of toys, a Thomas train set in the middle of the store to play with, etc. The layout of the store is similar to other TRU stores, too, so getting in and out is easy if you know where you’re going. Just like at all TRU stores I’ve ever been in, there is never anyone at the cash registers, so I’m always walking around with my item in my hand, looking for someone to take my money. I’m not sure why they never have at least one person manning the check out, but they don’t! It’s a bizarre Toys R Us phenomenon.

Never again, they only had one register open near the customer service in a busy Saturday, we were waiting in line for over 15 minutes. The line wasn’t moving. I have shopped at this location several times. They have the most friendly staff. Everywhere I turn someone is asking me if I need help. The store is very clean and organized. I wish more toys r us stores were run this well.

Do yourself a huge favor: DON’T shop here. The customer service is HORRENDOUS(same can be said about their 1 – 800 number) and has been the source of many headaches and wasted time. I purchased a Christmas gift using free store pickup, and when I initially tried to cancel my order, they told me that I could just not pick up the item and the purchase amount would be credited back to my account in 5 days. However, after 5 days, my account was still NOT credited, and on the 6th day, I received an email saying that I HADALREADY picked up the item. How this happened is beyond me considering the fact that, to pick up a pre-purchased item, you have to show a photo IDAND the confirmation email(both of which are only accessible by me, obviously). When I called them, I was transferred multiple times and put on hold long enough to finish a TV show. When I FINALLY reached a rep that I could explain my full issue to, she told me that I had to visit the actual store location where the item was to be picked up. Upon my visit to the store, I was curtly told by Customer Service that I had to CALLTHE1 – 800NUMBERTOSORTTHISOUT. And what did happened when I called the 1 – 800 number, again? After another half hour of waiting, they told me TOVISITTHESTORE. When I explained the hassle I had already gone through, the woman on the photo finally decided to enter my info into some sort of(very slow) database. After getting my information, I was told that a store associate would be calling me about the issue in 7 – 10 days. I still don’t have my product that I have already been charged for and I’m still waiting on closure for this situation. I have low expectations of them even calling me in 7 – 10 days. I will never shop at this company, again. EDIT: Whaddya know? Of course they never called me back. I ended up disputing my charge with Chase and they responded within an hour saying they would credit my account for fraudulent charges. Finally putting this debacle to rest.
