Venture was established by Michael J. and Julia S. Violand in Indiana in 1998. Mr. Violand is a European-trained chef who has served many notable high profile personalities. Venture caters to both large and small groups including weddings, corporate and social events, golf outings, gourmet catering, church gatherings, pharmaceutical reps and much, much more! We sell great food and great service. As food service professionals, we know that presentation and value are everything.
