Walker-Dixon Orthodontics

Very disappointing I’m still very angry of what happen… I got my braces taking off September and I have a lower wired and it fall off so I need to get it put back on again… No one was telling me that they gonna charge me of anything or any kind when I call for an appointment… None was mention to me at all… Then I came and got it done, it took them less than two min to put it back on and when I went and check out they tell me it 110 dollars for the appointment today I was like are you serious no one told me anything so they trick me of coming and charge me… That really piss me off at least be honest with me and I would pay but this they didn’t mention it at all… the 3 time I was calling in… and now they just done it and told me that!!! I wouldn’t recommend going here it way to expensive and they are not honest at all!!! Make sure you clear thing up before they makes you pay a lot for whatever they done!!! Pleases be careful!!!

They did a good job on my kids. However, they have very inconvenient hours. They close on Fridays and never open in Sat. It’s like winning a lottery to get an appointmt which is often months away. The technicians and receptionists are not unfriendly but bit cold strict and look well coordinated in their matching outfits. The whole staff lacks warmth. I also think they charge extra to non catholic school kids. I compared prices w a friend whose kids attended St Simon and they charged me 20−30% more. Overall, I wish I had started elsewhere but I’m stuck there until my kids finish.

Dr. Dixon is the most personable person and makes you feel completely comfortable. I’m so glad I went through with my treatment and love my new smile!
