My son and I come here about once a week. Have never had a bad experience. The one time I did receive the incorrect order, they gave me my next order free. Maybe it was because they recognized me. As far as Wendy’s goes, this is a good one. Five stars for a Wendy’s.

Meh. The service was fine and it did not take too long for the food. The quality of the food though, even compared to other fast food places, just is not very good. And both ketchups were nearly out. You serve burgers and fries. You need to have ketchup. C’mon.

The bathroom is awful. Unclean. Equipment leaks. Staff is rude. Yellow post in drivethru lane need to be removed — they serve NO purpose

Eh. The food is ok but not amazing. The lemonade is almost always watery so don’t get the lemonade. Also my order is wrong about 75% of the time.

LOVE their NEW Natural Cut fries with Sea Salt!!! S was so nice. she even bought out fresh fries… we arrived just minutes before the last wipe down, not bad loved the overhead music

Terrible attitudes that their remodel won’t fix. I need to hold classes on customer service and guest expectations. Not that high for a Wendy’s but at least act like ur happy u have a job. BTW: The«remodeling» job is just a band aid type job. Some new tile and carpet but still the same tire fixtures and old school wood paneling. Quite a waste of dinero if u ask me.
