Wendy’s

The one star is for the fast service. That is it! I stopped to get two kids happy meals. And as I pulled up to the second window to get the food the gentleman working open the window and all I heard was F this & F that. He was on his cell phone while working drive thru. Didn’t even greet me! I obviously have kids in my car from the two kids meals I ordered. I really hope Wendy’s management wasn’t there allowing this nonsense. Ridiculous.

I like Wendys, it is a good place to eat, however they
have gone up in price. Their food is healthy & good .
And when I go there it doesn’t seem like I’m eating
fast food. It’s more like cook food. And I like this, so
it is a plus for me. I hope that Wendy’s will keep on
improving their food, service & prices.

Come on it’s Wendy’s! Four stars right.

I give this four stars in comparison to other fast food chain restaurants, relative to my expectations. (If I wanted to use the same curve as all restaurants, it would be 3-​star.)
I’m a fan of their 99cent menu. The Chicken Ceasar Wrap was DELICIOUS, and well worth the 99 cents. I could make a meal of 2 or 3.
It may be a little high in fat/​calories due to the mayo (or salad-​dressing, whichever it is.) I’ll have to check the nutrition data next time.
Men’s room was very clean. Front dining area was clean, and the area behind (employee side of) the counter, what you could see, was very clean. I echo Kelly M’s sentiments, the management has a good team here, and they seem to be executing the franchise program very well.

Went to Wendy’s today since we wanted a quick bite to eat before archery practice. I checked the allergan list on the wall for gluten and then ordered my burger, no bun. I asked the gal at the register if the fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer and she said yes. Why four stars.?. Well, it was the service of the gal at the register. She made sure my order was correct, that my food was put together correctly and explained dual fryers so i felt safe about eating there. She was very patient with my questions and requests. I later noticed her name was on the wall for last month’s employee of the month. No surprise!
I can’t give it 5 stars because it was not very clean, but it has been a while since i have felt safe eating at a fast food place.
