Not good. The salads weren’t good. They were out of their two most popular pizzas. The service was very blah. Not a smile or an apology for being out of basically all the good stuff.

I was very happy with the time it took. 30 mins from the time I walked in and out. Probably the most important thing for an airport restaurant. Foods pretty good too. Never disappointed.

Out of Pizza? How does that happen? Love Wolfgang Puck’s as well as California Pizza Kitchen. Was hungry. At IND airport and was excited to order when we beheld a sign posting«Out of Pizzas»… I will assume that had there actually been pizza, it would have been delicious!

Wow, where to start? The staff acts like they would rather be anywhere but here and the bar had dirty dishes all over it. I saw at least three different groups of people sit down, get tired of waiting to be approached by waitstaff, or completely be ignored until they just got up and left.

Steer clear of this place. The food is barely mediocre, and they are drastically understaffed during peak hours. I waited nearly 40 minutes for a to-go sandwich before having to walk away from it altogether to catch my flight. There are plenty of other options like Harry and Izzy’s where you can get a decent meal at this airport, so don’t waste your time here.

I frequent the Wolf Gang Puck in the Indianapolis Airport usually 3 – 4 times per month. I usually love the experience I have here. I enjoy sitting at the bar because of Micky who is so nice and helpful every time I am here. However, today I came to the restaurant and there was no room at the bar. So I took a seat by the bar at a table. Tina was my server. She was very short with me and seemed to have an attitude. Also, when my food came out, my drink was empty. She dropped off my food, said nothing, and gave me no silverware or napkins. I waited for at least 10 minutes possibly longer while my food was getting cold. She finally came back and asked if I wanted another drink. I said yes. She silently came back and put my receipt on the table. Came back 5 minutes later and silently put down my drink and picked up my Credit Card with the check. Once again silent when she returned the Credit Card and receipt. The only some what nice thing she said was thank you when she picked up my signed check. The restaurant was busy. It was a Thursday. I understand. I spend every Thursday in airports. I understand things take longer. That does not excuse attitude and silence.

I’ve grabbed food to go from this establishment anytime I am in the Indianapolis airport. Often they will have premade selections that you can just grab and go, but today I had to order and wait for it to go. The food is above average for what you will find offered past security at the airport in quality(compared to hit dogs, candy, fried, etc), but often the attitude of the person at the register can be subpar. The word hustle or friendly is not in their employee handbook check box, so just be aware of that. There might always be a little bit of a wait. For quality option compared to others, I am one of those that continue to go and just accept it. Customer Service Skills: 1 Food: 3.5 Total Score: 2

Service was pleasant, efficient and friendly. Caesar salad was very good-fresh crispy lettuce. Would have preferred warm chicken but still moist and tender. We had dressing on the side so we could regulate how much. In and out very quickly which is nice when you are catching a flight. Located in the B Concourse by gate 8.

The old waitress lady with grey hair in braid on her head is awfully impolite. She directly throw the menu on the table, but I have already ordered at the desk. Also, the cashier at the desk is still in training and let the customer wait so long to finalize the order. Most of the tables here are dirty with food left there. And the waiting time is over 20 minutes, takes so long to wait if you get a flight to catch. Strongly recommend never come to buy food in this terrible service place. I’ll never try woofgang again.

If Wolfgang Puck is going to put his name of restaurants and products all over the country, he should do some quality checks occasionally. I’ve been to Wolfgang Puck Express restaurants in the St. Louis, Seattle, and Chicago airports and they were much better than the restaurant in Indianapolis. The menu is very scaled down with not a lot of appealing options and the quality of the food was very poor. I definitely don’t need to go back.

«I’m Commander Salamander and this is my favorite spot in the airport.» If you’re looking for a relaxing and delicious bite before your flight, head to Wolfgang Puck. Trust me, the meals in first class won’t stack up to the comforting food served at Wolfgang’s. Even at the butt crack of dawn, the waitress was super friendly and attentive. Contrary to most airport experiences, this visit was pleasant and still had a personal touch. It didn’t feel like a revolving door for tourist traffic. The mushroom and spinach omelette was served with perfectly grilled breakfast potatoes. I must admit this breakfast really hit the spot. I would venture to say Wolfgang is better than majority of the restaurants around Indianapolis. Thanks to Wolfgang Express, I end my visit to Indianapolis on a high note. What a great way to start my long commute back to the islands.

Salad was drowning in vinegar. Bread was stale. Chicken was dry. I couldn’t finish. Service was very pleasant and expeditious which is nice for an airport. Everything very clean.

I was stuck at the airport, trying to get to Chicago and went here to order a pizza and get a bottle of water. The total tab was $ 17, which is reasonable for airport food. However, the pizza was terrible. I ordered the veggie pizza and it was super soggy in the middle and some of the veggies weren’t cooked. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this location.

Ordered the roasted veggie pizza. Tasted horrible, I should of listened to earlier reviews about the food here. Skimpy on the veggies, pizza crust drenched in oil, no taste was bland. Definitely won’t return. Our waitress was nice.

Consistently cranky waitstaff. The food is, yeah, decent.

Writing this review right after stopping by for lunch at the despicable place while at the Indy airport. I understand this is airport food but the roasted veggie pizza I ordered was so bad that I was forced to write this review. The pizza was undercooked, soggy and full of cheese. Pretty much ate just the outer quarter of the pizza whilst the soggy interior just became a horrible mush when I tried using a fork and knife. See the attached photo. The waitress was a old woman who felt terribly apologetic and had a hard time handing me the check. Unbelievable lack of quality control and lack of professionalism.

The IND airport Wolfgang Puck is pretty much along the exact same lines as most other airport locations by the same chain. Always decent food, never seems worth the price. Stopped in here before boarding a flight to Denver one morning for breakfast. I had a Bloody Mary and an omelet. My partner had a screwdriver with his breakfast. The drinks were outrageously expensive, even by airport standards. $ 12 for a pretty basic bloody mary. The omelet was good. Ingredients seemed fresh and it was cooked well. Service was a bit on the slow side, especially for an airport where a lot of people’s plans are time-sensitive. While the food was decent, there are better places at IND to get breakfast.

Salad thrown in bag, dressing spilled. Salads are deceiving and not large First, the Indy airport doesn’t offer a huge culinary selection after you go through security. If you want something healthy, your options are basically green leaf or a salad from Wolfgang puck express. At WC the salads in the grab and go case appeared huge, so I went with that. I ordered a fresh BBQ chicken salad, dressing on the side, and a cup of fruit. $ 18. The salad was standard airport price, but the fruit cup was more than $ 5! That’s obscene! As for the salad, it was not huge. And, thanks to the cashier lazily putting it in my bag, the ranch container spilled out into the salad and into my bag. Quite an obnoxious mess to find once I boarded. Nonetheless, the salad tasted okay. It was just very boring and messy. Compared to normal restaurant standards I’d give it 2 stars. I’m awarding a third since it’s actually in an airport. Long story short, if you want a salad or anything healthy at the Indy airport post security, just go to green leaf.

Recent reviews say it all. better than the ratings suggest. We swung by before an early morning flight and had great service and above average food. I wasn’t sure what the expect, but my wife and I split a breakfast combo thing. It had eggs, bacon, toast and home fries. All of it was good. the eggs needed a little hot sauce as they were just ‘normal’ scrambled eggs. Our waitress split the plates for us before they came out so we didn’t have to worry about it later. Overall the price was good and the service was stellar. We will swing by again

It’s overpriced, but so is all airport food. I’ve eaten here 3 times when my flights were delayed or(don’t judge because it wasn’t my fault) I’ve missed a flight. All 3 times the food was surprisingly good and came out very quickly. I like the little pizzas. I had one with pesto and spinach and it was really good. It also kept me full so I wasn’t feeling like I needed to snack on my flight. The breakfast sandwiches are REALLY big but also very good. I’d suggest that if there are 2 people in your party, you split one. I had egg, cheese, pesto, and spinach on some sort of soft roll. REALLY good! It was a special order and I wasn’t hassled about it. It took all of 7 minutes to prepare. I usually don’t eat breakfast potatoes but these were fresh and hot and I think I ate almost all of them. Environment is much less obnoxious than your usual airport eatery. There are placemats and if you sit near the window or behind a column it’s actually kind of peaceful… especially at 6am. Service was surprisingly good for an airport spot. When I asked for a box to take the other half of my sandwich, the server brought me a box and also a little baggie… she thought it might be easier to take on the plane. It was! Very thoughtful. And to be clear, 4-star«I’m a fan» rating because compared to the slop I’ve had at other airports, Puck X is fan-freaking-tastic. If I was rating this compared to ALL restaurants it would be in the 3-star range.
