DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The Appraiser was in and out within 10 minutes He didn’t give any consideration for any upgrades at all, he used Invalid Comps. The Appraisal came in $ 35k under what the house two doors down just Sold for this last week. I paid him $ 400 to give me an Appraisal for a House we were wanted to BUY… We lost the house because of his advise… So Disappointing.

Very professional appraiser. He arrived on time and immediately went to work. He was quick and efficient. The appraisal came in at the amount I expected. We would be happy to have him appraise our home again if it was needed.

This company is very unprofessional and inaccurate in there appraisal. Had them come out and do a appraisal, they were here for ten minutes took some pictures and left. So when the appraisal came in, it was 300 hundred square feet short of my actual house size and 30,000 under from a previous appraisal I just had done two weeks early. When I I brought it to the company’s attention, the guy said I’m a professional and been doing this for years. I measured every room. Need less say it cost me my loan and a lot of time and effort I put Into getting loan. Avoid this company
