Indian Waters RV Resort is a 274 Full Hook Up site RV resort in Indio, in the heart of the Palm Springs area that includes Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Cathedral City. We are only five minutes from I-10 (Jackson Street Exit), East of Palm Springs. During your stay in our sparkling clean Resort you“ll enjoy a multitude of amenities including two salt water pools and a spa, a fitness room, billiards room, lighted pickle ball courts and spacious clubhouse and lounge with large flat screen TV’s. Our Lanai offers stunning evening sunset views and where we hold Friday Happy Hours. We have two pools one being perfect for water volleyball and aerobics. We have free WIFI throughout the park, in our lounge and activity room we offer cable TVs keeping you in touch with whats happening if you want, but we recommend you simply unplug and enjoy our unique and relaxing setting.

All our spacious RV sites are full hook up with 50 AMP service. Our Super-size pull-though RV sites accommodate the biggest rigs and all the toys. New this year we offer deluxe patio sites perfect for visiting with friends or sitting down to a good book. All our Cottages are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed and luxury linens, living room with recliner, full size sleeper sofa and flat screen TV with cable programming. Our Cottages also have large decks with comfortable patio furniture and umbrellas to take in the spectacular views of the nearby mountains.

We are only five minutes from I-10 (Jackson Street exit), east of Palm Springs. New ownership totally renovated the beautiful Property, adding cottages, a second pool, lighted pickleball courts, 50 amp service and city sewer service to all sites, resurfacing of roads and sites, enhanced Wi-Fi, and a complete «make over» for the large clubhouse that now includes a new fitness room, billiard room, office area, dining area and lounge/computer center. Today, Indian Waters RV Resort & Cottages with its desirable location and numerous amenities, is one of the best, affordable, five star, state-of-the-art RV resorts in the wonderful Palm Springs /Coachella Valley area.

We just spent 10 lovely days at the Indian Waters RV park. I did quite a bit of research before we booked. It came down to this park and one in Palm Springs. The park is much nicer than the web site suggests it is. It’s very clean. We had a deluxe site with grass and it was great. Really spacious. Loved the pools and clubhouse.
The parks offers multiple activities to participate in, you choose what works for you. There are a few complaints on Unilocal by others and we did not find any of them to be true during our visit. The office and activity staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Yes, you can hear a train at different times but it was never an issue and we did not loose any sleep over it. The park has a person who comes by every morning and picks up any trash you put out on the curb! Loved that! No one micromanaged our stay, and we came with two dogs.
They serve a waffle breakfast Monday — Friday, social hour on Friday nights, movie night, and more, just a all around great park! We would definitely come back.

To the owner:
I would like to make a formal complaint about management in the park. This park has so much potential in the area it is located. We have good friend’s there and that is why we continue to return. My husband and I were treated so unfairly there as volunteers. We were asked to not return as volunteers because someone said we used bad language. If I had a dollar for every time a volunteer used bad language it would fill a trash can. We wished we had the opportunity to bring our ideas to the table. The park definitely needs fresh management and a good landscaping service. The landscaping and trash area is absurd. U don’t need a dictator and cronies. U need a team.

We travel all over the US and Indian Waers is by far, our favorite park.
It’s clean, landscaped, spots are level, cement pads, 2 beautiful pools, billiards room, fitness room, etc.
Prices are very reasonable.
Staff has always been helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay a fun one!

Good resort for Coachella or stagecoach. They have the system down. Bracelets to show you’re staying there, bracelets for the shuttle to the events and back. The pool is like spring break if that’s what you’re into. There’s ladder ball and other games like that by the pool. You can have RVs delivered there and hooked up for you. There’s a continental breakfast that lasts a long time every morning… There’s a couple roomy shower stalls in each bathroom of you don’t wanna shower in a cooped up RV. Good friendly place overall

This resort provided us a somewhat pleasant stay in our trailer for 4 days midweek. The resort was hardly occupied when we arrived on a Monday. This was our first visit so we were not familiar with which sites are better than others. We paid for a grass site and requested one with a tree/shade. Staff was accommodating, helped us park in our space, but the site was just okay. No real privacy. Tree hardly provided shade in the desert heat and we were placed right next to another RV when the resort was mostly empty. That was the best they could do for a site with a tree (there are not many). Pools were pleasant, facilities clean, property well maintained. Mostly quiet through our stay. Gate secured at night. Convenient shopping nearby. No great eats in Indio, but we are a little picky. No cable, but reception for digital was fine with just a few channels. Wifi bandwidth poor. No picnic tables at site, but they have a nice clubhouse with outdoor tables and fire pit. Work out room good, not heavily used while we were there. We made the unfortunate mistake of staying one more night which coincided with the start of Coachella Music festival. They had a lot of Coachella guests arrive Thursday eve and Friday of mixed bag. Some more respectful than others. The park did not fill up entirely, but it changed the whole nature of our quiet stay. Someone parked in our designated drive way (security came and took care of it), people cutting through our site all day heading to pool and shower, one site near us had a dj turntable with speakers set up outside and played Electronica music with heavy bass all day with no reprieve, even management didn’t care («it’s a music festival weekend ’). We paid $ 94 for our extra night with no Good Sam discount as it was an event weekend… didn’t get much for the extra charge… just annoyance. Would recommend stay in off periods.

This is our first RV experience and we chose Indian Waters based on its highly rated reviews on Unilocal.We reserved two nights starting on Easter Sunday so we can explore the surroundings. While we were having a late lunch at Palm Springs on Sunday, the office called and left a message telling us that they were closing earlier due to the holiday. They left instructions on how to obtain access information but hubby was concerned so we had to skip Aerial Tramway at Palm Springs. We liked the lot we were assigned to because it’s right in the middle of the resort. It was pretty easy to hook up the water and electrical power (they got 20÷30÷50 amp). Kids enjoyed the swimming pool although they thought it was a bit salty =P We had no trouble connecting to their Wi-Fi tower while staying at Indian Waters. The reason for 4 stars was due to the encounter hubby had with the main office. The lady in the office was giving hubby a hard time but a gentleman stepped up and helped us out when we had a question about the electrical outlet. Overall a good place to stay as long as you don’t need to bother the main office =P

I rely so much on reviews when traveling but rarely post my own so I feel it is time to be responsible and do my part. First… we have been coming to Indian Waters for several years and have very much enjoyed the improvements made to this park over the past 3 years. In the past our longest stay was only 3 weeks and we always enjoyed most of the staff and activities and looked forward to returning. Kelly, in the office is one of the most gentle welcoming persons, she always is calm and makes you feel like you are the most important guest. She is so efficient and gives the best customer service and satisfaction she can. Audrey in the office is also a great first impression person, she makes you feel welcome and she has a smile for you.
At the end of last season we decided to book for 4 months. Not sure if we would like staying in one spot but we’re going to give it a try… WE LOVE IT! We are having so much fun, from pickleball with Lois and Brian, to water volleyball with Rob. Rob is so warm and friendly, he always has a smile and a wave. If you need something he is the go to person. He is visible and always has a few minutes for you as he is walking by doing his work. The volunteer staff are very friendly. Lou Ann is truly an ambassador for Indian waters. The Activities at this park are all well attended which makes them fun to be a part of. Jane’s water aerobics and Roys walk off the waffle classes are so fun because of them. Smiles are contagious and they are free to give! Rob and Kelly have had the BEST karaōke «themed» parties I have ever attended… way to go! Thank you to all the above mentioned people and the great kitchen staff. You people are what makes this park a success and brings us back next year for 4 months!

Stayed here for a week the last week of December. The park is very nice with grass between some of the sites (though some of it tracks in RV). This is their big season for snowbirds so there were tons of activities like:
–Waffles in morning
–Walk for Fitness (needed after waffles)
–Water aerobics (after stuffing waffles in)
–Fitness Room (after you can breathe again from heating all those waffles)
–Billiard Room (more exercise for waffles)
–Pickel Ball (tennis that uses a Waffle ball – I mean, Wiffle Ball! Great for those of us who are too old to run the tennis courts.
–Water Volleyball
–Shuffle board, Ladder Ball, Bean Bag toss (outdoor games)
–2 Pools & hot tub
And all sorts of arts & crafts, games, etc. More than I can possibly name! And wonderful and helpful volunteers-Lou Ann, Clari, all helped me get oriented and
Janie helped get me going in water aerobics. I appreciate you all so much.
Indian Waters held the best New Year’s Eve party so 5 stars. The appetizer pot luck filled the tables and karaōke was a hoot! So much fun.

We love, love, love Indian Waters RV Resort simply because of the managers Rob and Kelly. We had a choice of several other RV resorts in the area, but because of the great experience they showed us last year, we decided to come back again this year. Simply put, Rob and Kelly go out of their way to assure that all the guests have their needs met and that everyone is happy. They are always saying «Hello» when they see us around the park and make us feel like we are at home (can’t say that for the other manager Cathy who was literally rude and as cold as ice to us even though we were very friendly with her… think she needs a hard lesson in customer service… sorry but it’s so true!)
In addition, Rob and Kelly organize great social gatherings, even in the smoldering heat of the summer! They are also very knowledgeable about the area and the best places to go, so don’t hesitate to ask them, you will always get a friendly response.
If you want something done right, with out an uncomfortable or rude response, then bypass the manager Cathy and go straight to Rob and Kelly as they have the knowledge and people skills to take care of you and keep you happy. Wish the other manager Cathy would follow their lead, as she could learn a lot from them. Thanks Rob and Kelly for such a wonderful Indian Waters experience!

We really liked it. Stayed one night only. Got there late and called the phone number listed at the gate. No problem. we go in, paid by CC, set up, and even a midnight swim in their wonderful pool which was nice to be OPEN in such hot weather. Fantastic place.

we stayed here in the off season on a trip to Arizona, so it was pretty quiet– which was nice. It is in a residential neighborhood, and it is gated, so it is pretty safe. It is very clean, and the pool and spa are were very nice. We met Bob the resident maintenance man and his wife– very helpful and wonderful people. We liked it so much that we stayed again on our return trip to California. It is a large park, and very well maintained. If I am ever down in Indio again, I would pick this place in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for Coachella weekend.
We rented an RV that could fit 5 people, it was a bi tight but manageable. The price was very reasonable, i think we paid $ 70 each for 2 nights.
The facilities are nice and the grounds are well kept. There is a complimentary breakfast on the weekend, which is a big plus!
2 pools and jacuzzi on site
Park also has separate showers and bathrooms, which are much better then the ones in the RV.
There is a shuttle that picks up and drops you off from the event and back.

Coachella-ella-ella. Well that was the weekend I stayed here.
Did the tent camping. Camping was on paved ground but hey, it’s something. For like $ 300ish (including shuttle passes to and from Coachella), it also includes a somewhat of a continental breakfast. Sorry, it aint Marriott so there are no eggs and bacon!
Back to the camping grounds, yes there’s electric outlet next to your site. **BRING a powerstrip and extension cords. Also bring a padding cause you’ll be sleeping on hard ground. Unless you’ll have an air mattress. There are community showers and bathrooms. Very clean too. Guys’ showers are never busy. Girls, yes.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s so much joy talking to them. I would stay here again for another raging Coachelleeyyyy weekend.

I’ve stayed at a lot if campsites and this by far was one of the best. The sites are clean, open and green grass. The pool was nice, everything was always clean, and most of all was the staff. Probably the friendliest group of people. Everyone from the moment we checked in, the drivers on the shuttles to Coachella to the workers serving breakfast. Definitely recommend this location.
And the cottages are awesome. Had some friends stay in one.

Dont know why, but I’m just getting to writin’ this MoFo up…
My daughter and a friend went to Coachella last year and they needed a place to stay. Having a decent sized camper /trailer, I suggested «if we could find an RV Park nearby and stay there» (along with her fiancé’ who wasn’t going to the festival), that I’d take them…
So, during my internet searches, I came upon this little gem. Well not so little, but a real mutha of a gem nonetheless!!! The place is clean, clean, clean and has all the ammenities one needs. My good friend and neighbor brought his trailer and family along as well so they could camp /party beside us. The price was more than right (we had spaces 54 & 55), which were right by the pool, spa, shuffleboard and clubhouse areas.
Us, (daughter, her fiancé’, friends, etc.), being the inebriated fools that we are, took full advantage of resort’s the «accomodations» (i.e., pool), along with all the other self indulging, $hit-faced Coachella attendees that didn’t want to be out in the sun all day. It was hotter than hell but that pool was one mean ass lifesaver!!! Well that and all the 30 packs we brought along in the ice chest… Close enough to the polo grounds that we could see the lights and hear faint traces of the festival musical guests…
The staff was beyond awesome and exceeded our every expectation. We were told that there was shuttle service to and from the venue but my daugter and her friend chose to drive so they could leave when they wanted to. There are casinos in close proximity and we went shootin’ up near the mountains in the morning before it got too warm. When in the Indio area, our next stay will definitely be with Indian Waters if available.
BEWARE… They close up shop after April and don’t «re-open» until the 1^st of November. Geez… I wonder why?

Stayed here during the Coachella Music Festival. We had a great time and the place was very accommodating and well organised. They even provided a buffet breakfast a couple of the days.
The grounds were clean and neat and pools were pretty good.
They also had a shuttle that ran frequently to the festival.

I liked this place a lot. This is not the stereotypical RV park that is totally crowded with old beaten up RV’s. Park is nice. Hookups are great. Plenty of space between sites. Facilities seem slightly dated. Staff was awesome.
I would pick the grass sites over the gravel ones.
Check in was a dream.
