Meet the Business Owner

Erich M.

Business Owner

Erich started in the heating and cooling business in 1991. He had to work his way up from delivery driver to telemarketer to manager to vice president to eventually president. He is also an experienced installer and serviceman. He basically has done every job in the company first hand and when the need arises will hop in a truck and go to work in the field.

Erich always tells everyone 3 things are key to our survival:

1. Never do harm to anyone.

2. Trade in abundance.

3. Never lose a customer.

Erich is a very ethical person and is a great father and husband with a strong faith in God. He believes we are judged by the good that we do here on earth and that reflects through out the company. You will never feel like you were not treated fairly, it usually just the opposite. Customers feel like they got too good a deal sometimes.
