I been there a few times now and gotten my car problems taken care of. Last year they did a $ 2300 service (as quoted by the lowest bid dealer for my make and model of car), including a timing belt change, for $ 1100. And they sounded almost embarrassed that it would be so expensive. I was happy with the result and the savings. They also done a minor service, fixed a tire and a problem with the power steering. I find them easy to deal with, competent and reasonably priced. I’ll keep giving them business.

It’s so hard to find a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. I’m glad that I have these guys, because I know that work will get done correctly and for a reasonable price every time I come in with a problem. Kurt and the group are always tremendously helpful and honest.
I had an old 1994 which was finally on its last leg. When taking it in for yet another repair, Kurt told me to go buy another car knowing that mine would continue to cause problems even after an expensive fix. I truly appreciated his honesty here. He could have let me continue bringing in my car for repairs, and getting business out of this but decided to work in my best interest. I now have a lease, so never end up having to do repairs anymore. This is great, but I actually miss coming in to have repairs done (especially to see the cute and cranky cockatiel!)

This is by far the worst auto shop I’ve ever been to. Take it from someone who has been to auto shops in several different states. The owner of the place, Jerry I believe, was extremely rude. He walked away from me mid-question. Coming from a business background, I know how customers are supposed to be treated and that wasn’t an example of it. When I spoke to the lady behind the counter about the incident, his wife I presume, all she had to offer was «that’s the owner of the place». Sounds to me as if these are the kind of people who think with power or money or whatever it is, they can speak to people however they please. Needless to say, I’ll never be going back to this place again. Customer service is extremely important in any business, and this business lacked it. One star for having the competency for completing the actual task at hand.

I have never been dissapointed in any service I’ve had done here. Jerry and Kurt are both very helpful and honest. The best servie center around. They are fast and accurate and always give the best price available. Bring your vehicle here for anything from oil changes to tires and you will not be disappointed! So refreshing to find great and honest service!

We have been using Ingleside Auto for a few years now and we are completely satisfied with their service. They are very honest and have very fair pricing, which is extremely difficult to find in an auto mechanic. All employees go above and beyond to provide excellent service, from calling GM to verify my warranty to delivering my car to my house when I couldn’t find child care. I would recommend them to anyone!
