Wouldn’t give them a star if I could. They have been given ample opportunity to rectify the situation, but have been unresponsive to any of my phone calls or emails.
My mistake as a 19 year old with no experience was doing my taxes with this «company». I am not married, no children and claim no dependents, should have been a simple tax return.
4 years later I am getting hounded by the IRS stating that my 2011 and 2012 tax returns had many «credits» added to it causing it to get flagged. These credits were completed forged and added for who knows what reason. Were they looking to get me more money back so that they could charge me a larger fee? I am not sure why this would benefit them, but I am obligated to pay the IRS back in the amount of $ 5,440.
Unless you want to spend years dealing with the IRS and have $ 6,000 laying around, feel free to use this tax service. Everyone else, I would recommend to steer clear.
