So glad I found this place! Jack is awesome! I used to go to another shop just down the street from this one and it always took forever to get a simple oil change done and they always tried to get us to do more work on the car so after reading all the great reviews I decided to try All right automotive and I’m so glad I did! It took one hour to get the back breaks done for an awesome price.

Very very honest! He has worked on my car now for years! When I first got a Mercedes everyone told me how expensive the maintenance would be. While of course the price was higher than traditional cars, Jack made it affordable and didn’t screw me over with bogus charges. He even re did the transmission in my car.
I also have had him work on an Impala, Ford Explorer, Infiniti, and Tundra. No complaints here!

This review has been a work in progress ever sense I took my vehicle in. My passenger side windows have been in need of repair for years. I called ahead. Jack said bring it in. He looked it over, punched it into the system, provided me with an estimate that made some other estimates I received on the same problem, pail in comparison. From that point on I knew I had an auto-​repair family that I could trust and feel confident taking my car to. I had forgotten the joy of what it feels like to have fully functional passenger side windows
From the moment I pulled up All Right provided a welcoming atmosphere. A strong sense of team chemistry and continuity are just a few in sum of the elements that exist with All Right. Jack and the crew are driven by a family oriented mentality. This attitude is displayed through their personable approach to not only their work but the community as well. You do or don’t have to take my word for it. I do suggest you try it for yourself. Whether you have your own mechanic, in search of one, or somewhere in between. Try All Right.

I decided to take my car here as a result of reading the reviews. I have NEVER had such an honest experience! Jack was great, as well as his staff. The car was diagnosed, repaired, and it was out of there in under an hour and a half. I promised Jack I’d be back and would tell my friends about his shop. I am happy to report the cost was extremely reasonable and the staff efficient. These reviews are true! Yay!

Jack is awesome and he’s really honest. He told me what my car needed and nothing else. before him I used to go to another mechanic and and he basically screwed me over, so coming here was a good change. I will definitely be going back. I am one happy customer!

Jack and his team do a great job. They will look over your vehicle, make a recommendation and give you a fair price. Harry is his ‘right hand man’ and will work to make sure your vehicle is done right. I have gone to All Right Automotive many times and recommend this establishment.

Our neighbors highly recommended Jack and his crew when we needed to get our old car serviced. We had been taking the car in for service at the dealership and not surprisingly getting ripped off. Jack found and fixed the problems at reasonable prices. Jack’s crew, Bill and Harry, were polite and very knowledgeable. They’re A++!

For 5 years now I have been returning to these guys because they treat you more like family then a customer, they get the job done within the timeframe and they never cheat you by under quoting you with hidden fees, no bull.
I get very tense when I have to deal with new mechanics because you are taking a risk to getting screwed big time, I got cheated a few times in my life so I already make sure to stand on my toes and I make sure to ask the right questions before making a decision, but with Jack I trust him when he says something he STICKS to what he says and tries to get you the best or if he cant he will refer you the best.
I just recently reviewed Don’s Western Transmatic on 1807 5^th Ave Los Angeles and I should have toke Jack’s recommendation transmission shop over these con artists, the story goes that Don’s shop was alot closer and both places quoted the SAME price so why go further when you can do it closer, it made sense at the time, however Don on propose DID NOT include TAX & LABOUR in the quote which ups the price by double, the other place will be honest and tell you everything straight up.
TAKE YOUR CAR TO ALRIGHT AUTO! Honestly is what separates this review of 5 stars from Don who only gets 2 stars.

As good as it gets! Friendly, honest, fast and inexpensive. And did I mention good at what they do! I would take my car here every time!
Can I add a star? I came her last week to get my brakes done. They came out and told me I had 75% left on them and the service wasnt needed. Yep. Great and honest mechanic. (looks outside to see if pigs are flying)

I have driven from Pasadena to Inglewood to have my car serviced for the past seven years and yes, the service is worth the drive.
The team at All Right Automotive (headed by Jack) is honest and reliable. I am always treated with respect which I really important since most automobile shops try to play games with their female customers.
I appreciate both the atmosphere of the shop and attitude of the employees. Thank You All Right Automotive for the outstanding service once again on my car.

Not having a local mechanic makes things difficult when you hear the brakes start squeaking. I previously took my car to Pep Boys down the street and was so disappointed that it was no longer an option. The only pro to that place is their hours. I found All Right Automotive on Unilocal and was very impressed by the reviews. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and picked it up after work. They guys were extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. The price was very reasonable and they were quick at working on it. The only con I saw was that they really don’t have much of a place for you to sit and wait (not that you would want to anyway). They also have standard mechanic hours (Monday — Friday business hours & half day on Saturday). Just make sure you have someone that can drop you off & pick you up & you’re golden. :)

I love this place! The owner and his employees are gentlemen. They are honest and very thorough in their explanations. I love Jack! He’s really a nice guy.

My wife found this place and had her brakes done here a few months ago and they did a great job. I came by at 4:30PM on a Friday night, prepared to leave my minivan overnight to have a brake job done on Saturday. Not only did they get it done before they closed at 5:30 that night, but did it for much less than I was anticipating, considering they were grinding. Jack is just the best guy! Very friendly and explained everything very well. I wouldn’t even consider taking my car anywhere else now!

As a woman that has been driving for 9+ years, it’s hard to go to a mechanic and feel like you’re going to actually get treated FAIRLY! Needless to say like everyone else, I found this place on Unilocal about a year or so ago because I needed an oil change and EZ Lube SUCKS! Jack told me a great price and I went down there. He is so nice and we chit chatted for awhile! He’s so personable and I felt very comfortable. My oil change was done within 20 mins and I was on my way! I have been there for a few other things, the most recent was brake pads and rotors today! It was fixed promptly and now my car is riding smooth again! I need tires too, and he was nice enough to call to get me the best price for me while I was right there!
I really feel good about this place. Jack and his crew really take care of their customers. I will continue to come here and if anyone needs a mechanic that is honest, trustworthy, and will give you a reasonable price for the work you need, I highly recommend Allright Automotive.
They do EVERYTHING is what Jack says and if they can’t they’ll refer you to someone great that can fix your special issue with your car.

Husband found me this auto shop on Unilocal.My car has been making noises when I stepped on the brake. So, I called ahead for a rough estimate just to make sure they won’t give me a crazy price. Jack gave me a very reasonable price, and so I dropped off the car. He was so nice to drop me off at work too. About an hour later, he called me with a final quote on the cost to replace my front brake, and I gave him the go ahead to do the repair.
I had a quick chat with him, and he told me that the shop has been a family business for 35 years!
At the end, the repair was done timely at reasonable price, customer service was excellent, and I have found myself a new mechanic that is close to work… Everybody wins!!!

Went to this place yesterday on a flook… to get a price for front brakes. I live around the corner and thought, its close and I needed a brake job really bad on my 98 Acura Integra. Met the owner Jack, he actually was nice enough to give me a ride home since I had a lot of pkgs in the car. Called me quoted me a great price. I had previously gotten a second quote further up the street for $ 40 more! Owner has a great personality and I don’t feel like he ripped me off and even advised me I was low on oil and to bring it back tomm, they didn’t have time to do today!
I will definetly return to this gem of a place, just around the corner from house. Oh. forgot to mention he me up when the car was done so that I could listen to the new brakes! Awesome. I have a new mechanic that I feel I can trust and get quality work from and I went in as a female alone. Go to this place if you want great service and a fair price…

Jack’s a great guy. Like everyone else has said, he’s definitely an honest man. I had an issue with my car passing a smog test. He looked at the car, reset some things and sent me to his buddy Carlos at Brea Test Only. (I’ll review that separately.)
My car has passed and I’m heading to the DMV to get my permanent tags. I’ll be using him as my mechanic. Thanks Jack!

I found this place near where I live, I had been putting off a much needed repair. If I hadn’t eventually gotten my lights fixed, I was bound for a fix-​it ticket, and a lot of inconvenient fines, and court days. Upon finding this business on Unilocal,and reading the previous review… I decided to give them a shot.
I called ahead for an estimate, and was told very honestly by Jack that I would have to bring the car in and have it looked at. Since my repair was electrical in nature, there was no way I was gonna be able to find the problem. I was told that they would charge a reasonable fee for their estimate time, and if I didn’t like the price, it wouldn’t be a fortune to take it some place else.
Right after work, I bring my car in, everyone was pleasant and I didn’t get that weird vibe that I was gonna need to stay and watch over these guys while they fix my car. A few hours later. the repair is done, promptly, and for a fair price… I couldn’t ask for more.
