I had a visit with Dr. Cha for plantar faciitis. I found him to be rude, arrogant and inattentive. I tried to explain that my work boots had caused the problem but he insisted on emphasizing what type of tennis shoes I should wear. I explained I couldn’t wear tennis shoes at my construction job but he didn’t seem to pay attention. He then proceeded to show me a half a dozen inserts I could wear but didn’t write them down as if he expected me to remember! He gave me an exercise to do but commented that I probably wouldn’t do it which I found offensive! I found out his latest appointment is at 3:30 which conflicts with my work schedule so I had to find another doctor with later appointments. I called his office and explained I had to find another doctor conducive to my work schedule and asked for copies of my xrays which they refused! I would never refer this doctor to anyone!

I found Dr. Cha while searching Unilocal!for a podiatrist around my place. I called Dr. Cha’s office and was able to get a same day appointment.
I went in to see Dr. Cha because due to an ingrown toenail that had gotten so bad I couldn’t even wear flats to work. Dr. Cha explained every single step of the ingrown toenail removal and was totally sympathetic to my sensitive demeanor. I felt comfortable through the entire procedure; awesomeness!
After it was all said and done Dr. Cha explained after care thoroughly and asked to see me again in a week.
From start to finish my office visit was nothing less than pleasant. If you’re in need of a podiatrist, visit Dr. Cha!

I’ve had occasion to use Dr. Cha’s podiatry services from his Manhattan Beach office for many years. He also treated my sister. He is always kind, curteous, knowledgeable and helpful in everyway. As a coincidence, I find out he also does a Wound Care Clinic Wednesday mornings at Kindred Hospital SouthBay where my 94 year old father was recuperating for a few months. I’ve also had my share of circulation problems, so I decided to use Dr. Cha for my would care also. Once again, he has the answers to get things cured quick and efficient. He’s always ready to explain things in detail so you can understand them, and he has a heart of gold. He truly cares about the wellfare of his patients. Anybody would be lucky to get an appointment with him either in his Inglewood office, his Manhattan Beach office, or at his Wound Care Clinic at Kindred Gardena. 2 Big Toes & 2 Thumbs Up for this guy!

I can’t get enough of this doctor. I hadn’t been for a while and it was a few things he wanted to adjust on my baby toe. Be gave me a painless shot and explain to me a few times what I have to do in a few days and everything will work out

i came to Dr Cha’s Inglewood location thru a referral.
My appointment was for an emergency (if you can all it that) last minute ingrown toe nail surgery. i had an infected toe :(no fun, and had to hop on a plane to tokyo just 2 days later. sooo, pressed for time i just had to get the job done.
Dr Cha took good care of me & fit me in at the last minute knowing my situation. He’s very thorough and professional. He told me that he couldn’t «kill the root» this time since my toe was infected, so i’d have to come back in 5 months to get it done then. sigh, just what i always wanted.
anyhow toe numbing & cutting went off w/​out a hitch. he gave me some supplies to take with me on my trip to take care of my toe & i was good to go.
i ended up walking about 10+ hours in tokyo everyday for almost 2 wks & my toe was just fine. obviously all i could wear were sandals but it worked out since it was 1000 degrees with 10,000% humidity

I first brought my 10 year old daughter to see him. He was quick to diagnose and treat the problem. Her issues have been resolved and no more complaints. So when I was having my own issues I visited him also. He listened to my concerns and made some great orthodics for my shoes.
