Welcome to Cobblers, Cakes and Kream, a southern style bakery featuring the locally renowned «Cobbler Lady.» Best known for her Cobblers which the LA Times gives a glowing report of, this culinary masterpiece continues to tantalize taste buds, whether it’s peach, blackberry or apple. Beyond our cobblers, at CC&K we offer a mouth-watering array of desserts reminiscent of those «Grandma» used to make. Customers can’t seem to get enough of our wide variety of cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies and delicious banana pudding. And don’t forget our popular «old school» coffee and tea cakes! Although we are a bakery, don’t forget the «Kream» in CC&K — ice cream that is. We offer the best quality, locally hand-packed ice cream, overflowing with rich flavor and «kreamy» goodness — it serves as the perfect complement to your baked dessert or all on its own…
History
Established in 1989.
This business grew out of the Cobbler Café which was started in 1989 in Inglewood, CA. It evolved into The Cobbler Lady at 3854 Crenshaw Blvd in 2002. In December of 2011 Cobblers, Cakes and Kream opened under a new partnership and returned to Inglewood. However, throughout all the changes Pam the Cobbler Lady’s recipe is at the «heart» of each and every cobbler and her southern recipes are used for the cakes, cookies, pies, tea cakes and coffee cakes.
