Do not give this dealership your business. Down right illegal sales tactics and complete dishonesty. I will not go into detail for how they stole money from me but take my word for it that the owner is as crooked as they come. I dont see how he will be in business for much longer unless he continues lying cheating and stealing.

Went here after talking to a sales person who assured me this isn’t the standard sleazy used car dealership. The first car I looked at had a major oil leak from the engine and for some reason the finance guy was sent to investigate. He told me there was no leak. Seeing as I’m not blind I had to repeat myself yes there is a leak I then proceeded to show him where his vehicle was leaking from. His reply «Ok then it’s leaking oil then!» Lool I wouldn’t even buy a soda from the vending machine at this place let alone a 20 000 dollar car.

I have no choice but to complain about the salesman whose name is Cameron. I called to ask about a car for sale from Craigslist. While talking to this salesman he rudely hung up on me, I called back to ask why he hung up on me, he then stated I was not interested in buying a car, which was not true. I would not have called in the first place if I was not interested in buying a car.

I worked with Kesandra (sales) and tony (manager). Both were extremely helpful with answering my questions and ensuring the safety of the car, even after the purchase was made. They were always very responsive and sweet, even when I chose to be meticulous about certain things. I would DEF recommend going directly to them for any of your car needs.

This has been the best car buying experience i have had. They are fully transparent with prices and costs and even got my rate and payment lowered by almost half versus other dealers I was working with. Definitely recommend buying from here!

When I was looking for a New Mercedes Benz CLS550 I found Delux Motors does leasing new cars and the price that they advertised was lower than others and they got connections with many car dealers such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Lexus.
they could bid all the deals I had found. They found me a car with zero down payment and I only paid for the drive off and low monthly payment I mentioned the exact color, interior, and equipments and they found it in less than 48 hours.

I was looking for a specific model car but I came across 2 vehicles this dealership had that interested me, so I decided to stop by after work today. I didn’t even get a chance to see the inside of the 1^st one. The salesman was rude and sarcastic. I told him that I’ll just go somewhere else.
I had also previously read reviews here on Unilocal,but I figured I’d go check it out for myself. The negative reviews were correct.

Went to different places, didnt find a price as good as this one, very helpful and great customer service…

Pleasantly surprised!
I was referred by a friend and was told to ask for Mohammed. Cool guy and answered my million questions. They had a lot of nice cars and seemed to know quite a bit about them. I have had a previous bad experience at another dealership so I went in cautious. The Lexus IS we got was in great shape. Financing was quick and easy. Just want to say thanks for treating us good. My family and I are happy with the car and will be back soon!

I posted that I bought a car here in December and ran into some problems under the hood. I wasn’t able to get the warranty company to work with me. I called in frantic because I was afraid that I had bought a car that was defective. Cassandra answered the phone, and calmed me down. She ensured me that they would help me fix my car. I spoke with Tony, and he told me to bring the car in and they would give me a loaner car. They also agreed to fix my car free of charge. They were super helpful, even helping me get my belongings out of the car. I was given a Chrysler 300 to ride around in. I got a call from them yesterday, and they informed me that my car was ready. I picked it up and was on my merry way. I attended a funeral this morning, and on my way the car began to act up again. Showing some of the same signs as before. I thought to myself that I would call them as soon as the funeral was over. To my surprise, I had a few missed calls on my phone from Delux Motors. I had messages from both Jasmina and Tony. Both were checking to make sure I was satisfied with the work that had been done. I informed them of what happened, and without hesitation. They asked me to bring the vehicle back in so they could get to the bottom of the repairs. All in all, they have kept their word. When dealing with these small dealerships, thats hard to find. I’m grateful for the help that they have given me and my family and I will be back in 3yrs to buy another car. I like to build relationships with companies that I work with. I’m glad to say that this is the start of one. I would like to thank Tony, Jasmina, Cassandra, and Mike for all their help.

So, I’ve been to many car dealerships, as I travel to Los Angeles quite a bit. I only like decent and nice luxury vehicles, and Delux Motors has never failed to make me happy. I’ve gotten my car appraised here, and traded in, and the whole staff of Delux is beyond delightful. I’m a car junkie, and I get bored within a year sometimes with my cars, and I go here to browse their amazing selection of high-​end vehicles — Lexus & BMW are by far my two favorite cars they carry here. Before I go in, I typically browse on their website first because it is very easy to navigate (and stunning too — love it!). Their website is very informational. So I suggest, before going in, browse around their website. You won’t be disappointed.
I usually deal with Mike when I go there, and he is delightful! He is very straightforward with the process, and lets you know if the car has any problems. Not a deceitful person at all, in fact, very transparent and helpful. He’s always helped me find the right cars. And when I’m inquiring about vehicles, and if they happen to not carry it (very rare I might add), he will look into doing a dealership transfer, etc. So don’t worry, if they don’t have your car, they will look into getting you your dream car.
Cars a tricky business, and no one can be perfect, but Delux Motors has came close to accomplishing this goal. I love how their website is so beyond easy to use and browse, and when I go into the dealership, I’m already prepared for what I want to look for!
What surprised me the most is how cozy and beautiful this showroom is. Gosh, feels like a car palace. They definitely go the extra mile to make their customers satisfied, and I appreciate that.

I wanted to sell my 2011 silver 535i I got a quote for 24 000 at Carmax however Delux Motors managed to pay me 24 500 for my car. Mike was really friendly and responsive. I am really happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend this business and I am certainly going back to lease a new car possibly a Lexus because they have good deals on the Lexus IS.

Oh but Mike, I think it WAS my lucky day that I didn’t buy a car from you. I’m glad that though I had called literally less than 1 hr before I drove to your lot to find that the car you told me was available was actually sold. Please learn how Unilocal works. When you reply to reviews with lies, the original reviewer can correct you.

I got a car from from this dealer, the car was like a new car and they have an amazing customer service, they gave me good discount on the car and some gifts.

Honestly, I have owned several vehicles in my 19 years of driving and dealt with several dealerships. Never has a car buying experience been so fluid, easy, and stress free! I was interested in a 2007 550i, I literally called Tony at 1pm, was at the dealership at 5pm, and was driving the detailed, problem free 550i by 7pm! Tony and Jasmine are awesome! The car had no mechanical problems, and I found their other vehicles to be in excellent condition. Tony never tried to haggle me and was extremely receptive to my questions and operated under full transperancy, being very accommodating and clear. After purchasing my car, I needed photos for insurance, and Jasmine was helpful and even sent the photos directly to my insurance company almost immediately. I don’t normally write Unilocal reviews, except when extremely swayed positively or negatively. Delux Motors has met, exceeded and far surpassed all expectations. I will recommend them to anyone in search of a vehicle!

Shady business tactics.
I dealt with Mike, the owner. I was getting finance through the bank that took longer than expected so I put a deposit on the car. I kept him up to speed. he then tells me the car is being sold. What’s the point of the deposit. I argued with him and he said he would call me back if it was not sold. It turned me off so much that I wouldn’t deal with someone who is not good to their word. So I then bought the same car from a different dealership.
It has been 2 months of trying to contact him to get my money back.
In response to your comment. I told you I would send you a check while I was traveling, but you could not comprehend me not physically being there. You suggested the $ 200 deposit which I said I would give you $ 5k to hold it since «I had to be there in person.» I still never got my deposit back which you held illegally. And then after I wrote this review, your cash buyer never came through and the car was still sitting there. I called back for the refund and you said the car was still there and tried selling it to me again after I bought a different car. Again if you weren’t going to hold the car, then refund the $ 200. It was just not worth the headache of dealing with you and your company to try and get it back any longer. But thank you for reminding me so I can report you to the BBB now.

Mike who helped me out was very straight forward and honest With the problems With the cars (if any) instead of trying to sell it as «perfect» when used. I am very happy With My deal and Dont feel like I over paid, additionally, Mike is fixing a small issue That I noticed after getting the vehicle today since he puts customer service as the number one priority.

My car buying experience was kind of forced as my previous car was totaled out. I had a rental car provided by my insurance for a week. While driving down the street I noticed a Lexus GS 300 that was absolutely in mint condition. When stopping at the car lot i requested to sit in the vehicle and realized that this would be my next car…
When i spoke with the sales associate Jasmina I explained to her my financial situation and what i was able to afford. She worked with me as i was completely honest regarding my credit… after 4 days of visiting the dealership and negotiating i was finally able to drive off the car lot on a Saturday with my newly claimed dream car…
I would have to say that my car was the best looking and best condition car on the lot. My sales associate was extremely patient and attentive to my request and needs… I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for a car however having credit issues…
Jasmina was a pleasure to work with and definitely attentive to listening and understanding all customers needs…
Tips: most people go to dealerships trying to conceal their credit and financial situation… Try being honest regarding your finances and you never know what blessing could come out of it… I tried it and now I’m driving in luxury and style…

What do I say about this place. To begin with, I recommend Mike, Jasmina and the whole crew at Delux Motors to anyone that is need of a vehicle. I submitted my financial app. at 12:30 p.m. on 7−13−12 and by 8 p.m. that night was driving away in my new vehicle. I inquired about the vehicles I was interested in and within two hours was signing documents. They are very cooperative and efficient. It was very painless to deal with them. There was no run around, no games, and they are extremely friendly. The best thing is that they have a wonderful door greeter, his name is «Simba». He is a orange, male cat that if you are nice to him will assist you in petting him just as the crew at Delux Motors will assist you in getting a car. I can’t rave enough. Thanks again Delux Motors and Crew for a very quick and painless experience.
