Manchester 76 Gas Station

Cashier Ana gave me an atrocious attitude when I told her that the pump didn’t give me a receipt… Not going to shop here anymore.

This is my first time writing a review for a gas station, but this place left such a huge impression on me. Whenever I travel for work, I get a case of water to keep in my car/​hotel/​etc. so I don’t have to buy expensive single water bottles everywhere. As I was leaving LAX, I stopped at a 7 – 11 and went in to use the restroom and buy a case of water. The employee told me they don’t have a restroom. I told her I was making a purchase too, but too bad — no restroom for customers. Being 34 weeks pregnant, this news was terribly disappointing.
On to the next stop. I found this 76 station down the street. They had a bathroom for customers — thank you! and then I brought my case of water to the register to purchase. Immediately after the cashier handed me my credit card back, she said «Let me help you with that.» Before I even had a chance to respond or realize what she was saying, she ran around the other side of the counter, picked up my case of water and headed towards the front door. She told another employee she would be right back, and he went behind the register to cover for her.
She loaded the water into my car, asked me how far along I was, said congratulations with a big smile, and went back inside. I was stunned. Aside from a couple of guys asking if I needed help with my luggage on the plane, this was the first time another person besides friends/​family had helped me out during my pregnancy. Her spirit of customer service was so touching, it really made my day. It also made me realize how sometimes it’s just good to say «let me do this for you» vs. «can I help you?» (because people often say no even if they could use the help).
I didn’t even get to catch this employee’s name, but she was working at this station on Tuesday, September 23 around 10:45 a.m. Thank you, thank you, thank you kind lady! I will seek out 76 gas stations from now on.

This store is pretty close to the 405 freeway. I live close by… So, at times if my gas tank is screaming at me & I happen to be closest to this gas station… I’ll stop. Over time, I’ve grown to be more of a Chevron believer. Used to be Mobil… Used to be Shell… But, 76 gets the job done as well. (sounds like I’m writing a song. lol) I just wish that gas wasn’t so expensive. I never really go inside the store due to paying at the pump. The times that I have gone in and physically paid and/​or picked up a convenience store item or two, it was no nonsense. It’s a gas station food store in Inglewood. That is all.

I come here a lot because they have the cleanest bathrooms in town! They do not accept manufacturers coupons & their gas is always at least .10 higher than competitors. Decent price on ice. Good water refill machine .25 /​g whereas in culver city the water is .35/​g

Decent price. Close to the car return (for Hertz). On a Tuesday afternoon, we didn’t have to wait and we were in and out quickly.

It’s actually a decent price for the area. But it’s hard to get in and out of and is normally packed.

Walked in here today I was the only patron inside the store at the time, I couldnt get anyone to help me at the make shift bakery they have, the sweet bread looks fresh but couldnt tell. Angela the cashier was really not helpful i handed her my money and she placed the change on the counter really not cool. Customer service here is not good

Gasoline.
We do not have 76 stations on the east coast– or at least none in the NY city area so it was sort of cool pulling into one to top off the rental car. Beside the fact that it sits right next to a Roscoe’s chicken and waffle place, not a whole lot to say other than decent costs and fast pumps.
Worth hitting if only to avoid getting mauled by the car rental places when you turn it in with half a tank.
Clean — decent speed on the pumps and quick in and out.
