Oh so good. Ever see the movie«Gone in 60 Seconds»? It has nothing to do with hamburgers, but that’s about how long this one lasted after they handed it to me. Perfectly cooked, nice mix of flavors in the spicy one I got and a phenomenal brioche bun. Downside: they only give free refills on the fountain drinks, not the burgers, cause I could have done pretty reasonable damage to a second one. ;-) It’s ez access to this place right off the manchester/405 offramp, just north of LAX.

Inglewood may be up to no good, but it’s got food for the local hood. This small quick burger joint next to Roscoes on Manchester is called«It’s Not Just Burgers,» but you should still get a burger … The menu has 9 versions of their signature burger with plenty of add-ons like Avocado, Fried Egg, Bacon, Mushrooms, Pineapple, and Chili. Typing out that list sure sounds like what I should of ordered… Wouldn’t that be an amazin’ burger? The Hottie($ 6) wasn’t just the lady behind the counter. It’s also a 6 oz Beef Pattie Burger with Jalapenos, Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, and their Signature Relish on a Brioche Bun. I’d dump the relish and triple up on the Jalapenos and add a Fried Egg or Avocado next time.(3.5 stars) Taco Tuesday Beef Taco($ 1.50) A sign on the door said Beef Tacos were $ 1.50 on Tuesdays and my iPhone said it was Tuesday … Opportunity meets Hunger. The fresh-fried Taco Shell was loaded with Beef and topped with Lettuce, Tomato, and a sweet White Sauce. It was ok, but nothing great … of course, it was just a Buck Fitty.(3 stars) The crew at Not Just Burgers was not just friendly, but they were friendly cool. Plenty of BAMFs from the neighborhood were just chillin’ out watching the Soul Train Awards on the 3 TVs. 5 stars for the service and relaxed vibe serving the local Inglewood community tastes and flavors. If I’m in the neighborhood again and looking for a brauny burger, I’m gonna be really tempted to hit Not Just Burgers to try a Monster(8 oz) Burger with plenty(or all) of the additional toppings.

It’s sad to see Don Amigos go after so long, so needless to say, I was curious about the new spot. The set up is exactly the same and a few tables would have been a nice change. Food: I ordered the rodeo and my boyfriend had the hottie. We also got some fries and onion rings to try. My burger was good and the brioche bun is what makes it good. My boyfriend had some chewy bites but overall enjoyed it. The fries were so disappointing though and were so oily that they didn’t have the slightest crunch. I also didn’t like that we weren’t asked if we were dining in or to go. We were surprised that they decided to pack up the food(in containers that aren’t «to-go» friendly). We’ll be back in a few weeks once they get everything down.

I walked in to this place and was greeted by the friendly staff behind the counter. Ordered for the office. The Monsta, The Cali, Messy Moe, Onion Rings and Chili Cheese Fries. This isn’t a fast food joint, be prepared to wait a few minutes before they are ready. These burgers are made right in front of you. You can see the cooks take their times with each burger. When I finally took a bite off The Monsta all the ingredients hit me at the same time. Brioche bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, bacon, cheese and that fried egg. It was a a good burger… …one thing I did notice though. Since you can see them make your burger, I notice the cook pressing down on the burger while cooking… I think that move right there gets rid of all the delicious juices the meat is capable of. The result was a semi dry meat patty. Chili was ok. Onion Rings were really good. Overall it was a good experience and I will definitely go back and try everything else on the menu.

When you walk in the place, you’ll get a delicious whiff of just goodness. $ 6 dollar burgers across the board alongside cheese steak and chicken strips. Fries from $ 2 dollars. The style of burgers looks delish can’t go wrong with adding jalapeños, applewood bacon and a little cheese. The cheese steak is HEAVENLY right amount of spices, the softness of the bread just melts in your mouth. The fries are seasoned JUSTRIGHT! Looks like I found a new spot

I read the reviews before checking this spot out. I wanted it to be the next burger spot I would frequent BUT it WONT be! The people were VERY friendly and quick taking my order & getting the food ready. However, that’s where the compliments stop. The fries were nothing special. They needed to be hotter & lacked flavor. The burger did NOT impress me to say the least. Where is the seasoning? Although they use relish, I also like pickles… and lastly, WHY is the meat NOT completely cooked? I did NOT ask for medium rare! I cant say I will return. Spending almost $ 10 for a burger & fries, I expected more.

I just INHALED one of the best and most flavorful burgers ever! I ordered the Rodeo, which included cheddar cheese, onion rings, BBQ and all the other fixings. I added bacon, because bacon makes everything better! The bun was soft, and the fries were great! Plus, they have great customer service. I can’t wait to return to try some of the other menu items.

My husband picked up food to go since our little one fell asleep and we live nearby. I got the Cali with onion rings and he got the hottie with fries. I was surprised at how big the burgers were. The burgers were really tasty and the soft buttery bun takes it over the top. The onion rings were some of the best I’ve had. I will definetly return to sample other items.

Great to see cool folks doing good things in the neighborhood. They make quite tasty burgers(and tacos) with fresh, quality ingredients. I had, and recommend the Monster burger. Next time I’m goin for the Cali or the Island. Oh n they have Cheese Steaks too! Hopefully this place will be around for a while, they have a few things for me to try out. Whenever you’re in the area, stop by!

I always check out Unilocal before going into a new place. This place is right down the street from my job and I was having a I can’t decide what to eat kind of day. Unilocalers had given good reviews so I gave it a try. Brioche buns, bacon, cheese and a great patty– nuff said. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean and food was good. I don’t ask for much. I’ll be back for sure.

This is a new burger place close to my home. My hubby is a burger connoisseur so his eyes lit up when we were passing by and saw a new burger joint was opening up. Okay let’s get to it… We’ve gone twice already within two weeks just to try different things. My husband and I both had turkey burgers. I had the Cali and he the Simple and fries. The meat was very flavorful. We both agreed the patties were thin. It could be just turkey patties so next time will get doubles :) I liked the big bun and my husband didn’t. Think the bun is just a matter of personal taste. The veggies were crisp and fresh and dressing was just the right amount. The fries, however, were a little soggy. I only traveled 5 minutes so I can’t imagine they would have gotten that way so quickly, but I’ll give them another shot another day because they were those fresh cut kind that I like. The second time we went got turkey tacos. They were a-okay especially for the right on price of $ 2.00. We will be back to try something else later because service is very friendly and food is good. Note this place is right next to Roscoes.

Two thumbs up! I had a turkey burger and it was one of the best turkey burgers I ever had and the bread is so good! Add to your bookmark list :) The turkey burger was juicy and well seasoned and the fries were good! It’s a la carte too just as a heads up!
