passed by this spot and was starving. didnt want to settle for any burgers or other foods so i dined in. there were a few guests dining in and no one in line waiting. i ordered my plate and it seemed that my portions were just 1 scoop. i believe for the price im paying for the plate, and taking in consideration that Panda Express is «the healthier version of chinese food», i am okay with the price but not the portions that were served to me at this location. on top of that, the homeless guy filling up his cup with soda didnt sit well with me. and i wasnt offered condiments, hot sauce etc. wil simply go to another location. 3 tables had minor crumbs on them

This is in one of the sketchiest areas I’ve ever visited… Also, my friend *may* have gotten sick from the food. No definite answer on that, though. Props to the employees willing to work here.

This place has the worse customer service, I feel as if you should treat people the way u want to be treated. Even at work, anywhere I decided to go buy Panda Express by my house & I hardly ever even go buy at panda just for the simple fact that they give you a little bit of food. So I ordered my food and when it comes down to me having my food served I don’t like people playing with the food picking it up and then putting it back down I think it’s nasty(my opinion) any who the server knew I was bothered by it and ask if there was something wrong I told her it’s fine don’t worry about it & u can tell she kind of got bothered by it I had ordered the Shanghai Steak and the server said it would be about 6 minutes. As I proceeded to pay for my food I had to wait as the server and cashier talk about how rude another customer was and the reason the other customer was mad. I’m sitting there listening to the conversation & it’s really irrelevant when you have a line full of customers waiting to be helped any who she bagged my food up & I told her my food wasn’t ready do to the fact that the server told me the steak would take 6 minutes she proceeded to say it was done. I paid I left and when I got home to eat my food I realized that the old Steak they had lying around that looked old and dried was the one they had given me and they never even put an order to make the new fresh Shanghai Steak. That’s the worse customer service I’ve ever received if you don’t like your job you should quit it or at least learn how to handle the pressure of customer service. Plain and simple.

This is the Panda Express closest to my home. I love panda express. Just kinda wish they weren’t so stingy with their servings /:

Are you kidding me? These are the smallest portions I’ve ever seen in life. This place makes Panda look bad. I got teriyaki chicken, veggies, and noodles. When I took the chicken that the girl chopped and put it into the yellow box, the box wasn’t even half full. She seriously tried to skimp on the serving. She also didn’t seem to know what she was doing and was completely confused about me wanting veggies as an entrée. Never again.

I’m a little embarrassed to say that I was the first person in the door this past Sunday(10am). Like the other reviewers mentioned, none of the food was ready and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for the honey walnut shrimp. Also, if you want condiments you have to request them from the counter… I guess hot sauce packets are just too enticing to be out there for the taking. Anyways, when we did get our food, it tasted especially delicious… perhaps because it hadn’t been sitting under heat lamps. As a result, I’m giving this place 3 stars… 5 for the beloved, greasy food, and minus 2 for the extra long wait.

Less excited about this Panda than others I’ve been to. The main reason is that I order the same thing for lunch every time I come here, and less than 20% of the time are the dishes I want actually ready to go on the buffet. The other 80% of the time I’m waiting them to steam vegetables or make one or more of the entrees. The servers are pretty nice, but I just couldn’t go 3 stars when I’m waiting 5+ minutes every time I come for them to steam some veggies. Healthy dining tip: Never get the fried rice or lo mein noodles. They will make you fat. Get steamed vegetables instead and stick to the«Wok Smart» entrees.
