SIC, Inc. was incorporated in September, 1981. The corporation specializes in management of residential, commercial and industrial real estate in the greater Los Angeles area. Prior to incorporation, SIC, Inc. was a part of Sommerville Realty which specializes in private syndication and management of residential income property. Sommerville Realty has been in the real estate business since 1973.

Art Sommerville is a full time real estate broker and investor with over 30 years of experience in all phases of real estate from acquisition to full management.
