History

Established in 2013.

Divine Properties was established in 2013 by Kandi Thompson whose experience in Property Management spans back over the past couple of years. Kand was working as a partner in a professional Property Management company since 2011 when she decided that she had a lot to offer on her own and started her own business in 2013. «Our team has amazing experience and is ready to service any and all of your property management/sales/notary needs.’

Business Owner

Kandi T. has a heart for Property Management! Having been a partner in a Property Management company since 2011 she felt that she was able to offer more to her owners as well as her tenants on her own and started Divine Properties in 2013. Kandi’s love for what she does shines wherever she goes. Being born and raised in the community in which she serves, there is no better person to service your needs. Kandi attended college at Southern Oregon State University in Ashland, OR where she was an asst. manager of a 160 unit apartment complex. Her heart for property management never left her after she moved back to her home town of Jackson to raise her family and decided to pursue her love.

Kandi is a mom to identical twin girls and very involved in the community. Serving on several local community boards, she not only loves property management but truly has a heart for the community that she serves.

Kandi gains her education from the Rental Housing Association in Sacramento.
