Lead paint testing is a comprehensive surface by surface inspection to determine the presence of lead in any interior or exterior painted or sealed surface. We can test your home for lead based paints and sealers simply for your peace of mind, even if you’re not buying, selling, or remodeling. With our state of the art testing equipment, we can do it quickly and without damaging the surfaces we test. Be confident when your children or grandchildren are playing in and around your home, that they aren’t getting exposed to anything harmful.
Our mission is to minimize the risk of exposure to you and your loved ones from potentially lead contaminated surfaces in and around your home or place of business.
Risk assessment is a combination of sampling of deteriorating interior/exterior painted surfaces, interior dust sampling, exterior soil sampling, with water sampling optional. This is usually requested when there is a child residing within the structure with an elevated blood lead level (BLL). Screen risk assessment is an option offered when there is minimal interior/exterior deteriorated paint present, but a high probability of lead contaminated surfaces.
We do pre testing and clearance testing for RRP and abatement required clearances. Our pre-testing procedures are fast and affordable, with instant results and printouts available. Clearance testing requires wipe samples be sent to one of our nationally accredited labs for analysis.
History
Established in 1998.
After 17 years in the Kitchen/Bath remodeling business we have just added Non destructive Lead Paint Testing to the line up. We are very pleased to offer this service, and hope that we can help you keep your young children safe from an easily preventable exposure to this dangerous contaminant by showing you where it is in your pre 1978 home, and how to remove it, or live with it safely.

Becoming RRP (Renovate, Repair, Paint) certified with the California EPA made we want to learn more about preventing lead poisoning. The next step was to become a Lead inspector/Risk assessor. With those credentials under my belt, I can make a difference. But only if you call!
