Jim Hudson Toyota

The service department at Jim Hudson Toyota is A++. I had a transmission whine coming from my Camry for several months (not terrible but aggravating little noise). Bob in service, went for a test drive with me and service didn’t have a fix at this time. A week or so later I was called back and told there was a service bulletin for this exact problem and also a s/​w update to my torque converter. They didn’t have to call me back but their attention to detail and followup will keep me coming back as a very satisfied customer. Bob, Chris and Danny (and of course the mechanic that worked on it) did a super job!!! These guys are very professional and take care of their customers.
Other side items: The complimentary coffee/​cookies are very good. Cafeteria makes awesome omelets and they usually run your car through the car wash after service (love that!). Thanks service!

I’ve had postiive experiences both times I’ve come to test drive here, even though I’ve never bought from them. Sales staff are respectful and low pressure, which I value. They will explain needed information about the car but don’t go overboard with gimmicks like some other places do. I respect Jim Hudson as a trustworthy member of our community and appreciate the service he provides.

I have a 2007 Camry, and I bought it from Jim Hudson. I have received top notch service from them since the beginning. They are always helpful, courteous, and will call you when the work is finished. Great personalized service! Just what I like in a business! I take it there for tires, oil changes, really everything, and they stand by their work, and wash your car for you!

Terrible. Stay away from this place. Went to buy a Tacoma I found on their website. Got a price from them emailed to me and they tried to change the price when I went to sign the paperwork. Buyer beware!!!

I bought my most recent car there. It was a German import and my sales person was very very honest about his lack of expertise in this particular model but he was consistent the entire time. He was friendly and helped me through all the steps of payment and processing and even knocked the price down to ensure the sale. The showroom is amazing. It has a cafeteria, mini theater for the kids, play area, lots of great coffee and cars on the roof.
Overall I had a very good experience.
It did take a little bit too long with the financing guy as it was very busy that day.

I mainly go here for service. I find out of all the dealerships from here to Charlotte that this one is the best. They are priced fair compared to other dealers and sometimes even cheaper. The biggest advantage to Jim Hudson is that they are honest 100% and very rarely push service. I know that I can walk in and get my car fixed correctly without losing my wallet or be pressured. There is a nice waiting room and a mini deli as well.

This must be the Taj Mahal of car dealerships! Very impressive facilities and staff!
They have a very good selection of new and used cars– One nice feature is the covered marquee surrounding the cavernous showroom floor, you can view your prospective vehicle purchase sheltered from the elements.
They practice great customer service– our salesman provided us with good service, and he appeared unpretentious and honest. The whole process of buying a car here was fast, simple, and relatively pain free, Thanks to Drew Merchant.
More about the facilities– this is a very nice dealership, all the amenities one could ask for– how many dealerships have a full time café-​deli on the premises that churns out affordable and delicious dishes? They served up a chicken, black bean, and corn relish wrap served with tortilla chips and warm queso dip – not bad for a car dealership?
