I called and left a message for someone to come out and check my chimney, got no call back. So, I stopped by the «office» a few days later and made an appointment to have my chimney checked. I was given a window of three hours on a Thursday morning. The time came and went, no show, no call, nothing. I called the office, and got the voicemail again, left a message similar to: «Hi, my name is…, I think we got our times mixed up, I was under the understanding that y’all were coming out for a chimney check this morning. My # is … Got NO response.
If there were a possibility of leaving a negative star rating I would have done that.
