KFC Corporation, based in Louisville, Ky., is the world’s most popular chicken restaurant chain specializing in Original Recipe®, Extra Crispy™, Kentucky Grilled Chicken® and Extra Crispy Tenders with home-style sides.
This KFC has been in the old Popeye’s location for a while now… We’ve been here on a number of occasions, and I have to keep asking my husband why he insists on going back. They never seem to have chicken, and the service is RUDE. Tonight was no exception. There are more than enough people working there, probably to service the long line in the drive through. There aren’t many people inside ordering. And when they do, they get terrible service. I was in line behind a pleasant gentleman and his son, and they ordered a bucket of chicken. The girl taking the order, says in a low voice(so you can’t hear if she’s actually talking to the guy) and says they don’t have any more thighs in the original flavor. THEN she says in a rude tone, «Did you hear me?» I’m sorry, but check the attitude. You don’t treat people this way. Certainly not when they are paying for food that helps give you a paycheck. The son asked, «What just happened?» and you could tell he was completely dumbfounded by the whole situation. No chicken??? Then it’s my turn. I order a chicken pot pie for my husband(Because I’m not the one eating this stuff)… and she walks away. Now, I realize she is going to check to see if they have any, but she doesn’t even say that. Be polite, seriously. Then she yells at me from back in the kitchen«we don’t got any.» Ok fine. Watch me storm out of this place — fast. When I went back out — the line in the drive through hadn’t even moved. I contemplated telling the last guy in line to turn around they don’t have chicken, but in the end I just had to get out of there. I can’t abide rude people. And what’s the point of having a fast food chicken restaurant, if you’re not going to have enough chicken for a Friday night. That is when people typically go out… They’ve got to get their act together.
