Veal and lamb, angus and beef are selected specially and production is carried out with the most valuable meat. Tunc Elmas has over 18 years of work experience both as an entrepreneur and as a professional in food and beverage, logistic, hypermarket management, consumer electronics retailing sector at key functions of leading multinational companies and global brands, mainly in the areas of operations, sales, business development, new business start ups and business unit management along with senior management level experience in USA and Turkey. Mr. Elmas worked and managed people from various cultures and served at several multinational companies which include UPS, Wegmans, Toys R US, Real and Best Buy. He managed over 500 employees, 19,000 square meters, 12 big box grand openings and has country start up and hand over experiences. Mr. Elmas is result oriented achiever who believes in the power of execution with high energy and discipline. He achieved extraordinary results in sales cost saving quality in service level both at local and international level.
