Burch Dallmann LLP opened in July 2012 in Irvine, Orange County with Partners Travis Burch and Andrew Dallmann, who have a combined 40 years of business litigation experience. We are at the forefront of the legal industry.

Business Owner
Andrew Dallmann is a Managing Partner of the firm. As a registered patent attorney with more than 12+ years of litigation experience he has worked in a variety of industries: pharmaceuticals, medical devices, rocket launch technology, interactive television, integrated circuit testing and satellite broadcasting systems. He was named a «Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star» by Law & Politics Magazine. Before practicing law, Andrew worked for more than 8 years as a geophysicist in mineral and oil exploration, and consulted on environmental and OSHA compliance issues.
Andrew earned his J.D. at Chicago Kent School of Law and his B.S. at University of Western Ontario. Admitted to practice in: State Bar of California, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Court of Appeals — Federal Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals — Ninth Circuit, U.S. District Court — Central District of California & U.S. District Court — Northern District of California.
