Charles Do – State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been Charles’ client for about 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. My only regret is that I didn’t switch over sooner. I was with my previous provider for about 8 years and really didn’t realize how dissatisfied I was with their service until I met Charles and learned how a provider SHOULD be! Great customer service. Very accessible. Super friendly. His whole team is phenomenal :)

my experience with state farm was greater than what I had expected although Jeremy was out Luis the manager was just an over the top willing to help above and beyond kind of guy! I got my insurance same day over the phone and didn’t even have to drive to the office which is important to me because I have a very busy schedule… I am over the top satisfied and happy as I was given what I was looking for at a price I wanted and not a penny more… I recommend them and commend Luis! thank you guys!!!

I switched over from my previous agent this summer and have never ever had any remorse or doubts or second-​guesses. If anything, I thanked myself! Charles and his INCREDIBLE staff have always made me really feel like a part of a family. They reviewed my policies and showed me my coverages and went through what it all meant and what protection was provided etc. Turned out, I was paying an incredibly HIGH premium of about $ 200 per month for my car and had not so great coverages… in use of other words… but I didn’t even know I was paying a lot until Durga A. came along and rescued me. She showed me how to save money on my auto insurance and RAISED my coverages! Like, what??? I was so confused I thought it was a joke at first… I had the state MIN. requirements of 15÷20÷5 and was paying $ 200 a month which is ludicrous! I now save about $ 70 to what I used to pay and have my coverages at 25÷50÷50! Seriously, if anybody out there is looking for saving some money on their Auto Insurance, Renters, Homeowners, and even Life Insurance– call Charles and his amazing team, Durga, Brent, and Luis! :)
