Business Owner

I graduated with high honors from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and L’Ecole de Cuisine Francaise Sabine de Mirbeck in England and have many years of experience working with food-​service distributors and in kitchens.

My approach to cuisine is based on classic French techniques, but I’m not afraid to give my dishes a contemporary, international twist. My favorite dishes are based on the best freshest ingredients possible, respectfully prepared. We all need to eat (and cook) …why not make it an enjoyable part of your day?

I conduct cooking classes and workshops for students in their homes or

workplaces. I would love to share my passion for food, wine and cooking with you!
