Wow this location is really nice! I loved the décor and the cleanliness of the store. The food tasted great as well, would definitely recommend coming here.

I am beyond jealous of UCI kids who get the option of eating here 6 days of the week. I don’t know what it is about Chick-fil-A — the great customer service, the super clean ambiance, straight-up delicious sandwiches — that keeps on making me come back. It’s the way many feel about Chipotle or In-n-Out. Even though it is technically fast food, or «fast casual» to some, there’s some allure that makes it generally acceptable to eat. There will always be a place in my heart for the chicken deluxe sandwich, with the side of waffle fries, and unlimited refills of lemonade in my heart. Seriously, it would be a crime not to check this place out.

Food came out within minutes. Service is phenomenal. Would come here whether I’m in a rush or to dine in. Restaurant is very clean and bright. Would not be a bad place to actually get some work done.

Good spot for a chicken burger. Don’t forget to get that chick-fil-a sauce to give your burger an extra something special. Clean, cool ketchup packets, and accommodating staff. Minus one star for the guilt I felt for eating at a place with a homophobic CEO(but also it was quite pricey).

In terms of customer service and quality of the chicken foods, they deserve a pretty satisfactory rating. It’s just. why is it so expensive? It’s hard to feel content after eating here unless I spend more than 10 bucks. Though, the customer service is great. The interior is quite large with many seating areas available, and after ordering, they deliver your food to your table. I’ve been here quite a few times, and it’s pretty divine despite the price being a tad bit expensive(especially breakfast). The fries taste good and aren’t too crispy or salty. The chicken is insanely flavorful, and the tenders aren’t crispy though they are delicious with the right proportion of sauce! I think I’ll get a salad the next time I come here.

This is one of the more«modern» Chick-fil-A restaurants. It’s near the UC Irvine campus, and is very spacious, with good service and friendly staff… the owner makes the rounds in the dining room, which is a nice touch. Everything is kept very clean and tidy. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because the parking situation is horrible. If it wasn’t for that, we would come here a lot more often.

This location has really bad service. Usually use the drive through. They often forget things from your order. Annoying and inconvenient and waste of money.

Located in the university town center shopping center. This chick fil A is ALWAYS busy. It amazes me how fast they get through the drive thru line. Employees are always friendly. What to order: –Spicy chicken deluxe– I get it with no cheese. It is not too spicy, had the perfect zip to it. it comes with lettuce, tomato, pickle, cheese. –Arnold Palmer– half sweet tea, half lemonade –Fries– always good, never over cooked This parking lot is crazy to park in. I would recommend walking there or going in drive thru. Sauces: –Honey Roasted BBQ –Chick fil A sauce

I feel like chickfila is just one of those places people never feel obligated to write a review for just because everyone knows its good already. I remember when this place was first getting built, I was so excited that it was near campus. The food here is always on point, my favorite is either the original chicken nuggets or chicken strips. I’ve tried the wrap before too, it wasn’t too bad, I like the sauce it comes with(it might’ve been just regular ranch, I’m not too sure), and the sandwiches are also pretty good, I love that they use pepperjack cheese in the deluxe sandwich. Breakfast is bomb here too, nothing like some fresh chicken minis or chicken biscuits in the morning. The best thing here is probably a tie between the waffle fries and the sauces. Ahhh I could eat everything with chickfila sauce. I always ask for ranch and chickfila, sucks that they don’t have it out for you to grab for yourself anymore but it’s understandable why they’d choose to make that decision. The fries are always crisp and fresh, the best waffle fries anywhere! And anytime I get a combo, I always get the sweet tea. It gives me lifeee, although a little on the sweet side, it’s not too bad since they put a good amount of ice in there. Dining area is always clean and they have a nice outdoor seating area as well. Service is exceptional, everyone knows that, there’s just never anything to complain about and trust me, I find hella reasons to complain. Honestly, if you’re having a bad day, the service here in itself will probably be able to cheer you up.

Our family does not really do fast food, but when we do it’s Chick-fil-a. And when possible it’s this CFA. Their food always delivers and their customer service is on point. One time they messed up my order and not only did they fix it, but they also gave me another free meal voucher. If you are looking for a fast food solution, this is it.

Waffle fries over everything. I think chick fila made me rethink about curly fries. Waffle fries are definitely the next best thing. I am in love with the the fries here since I don’t see that they have that anywhere except here. Excellent customer service. I dined in today and people who worked there were going around to ask if everyone was ok. That was neat for a fast food restaurant. 5 stars today.

Haven’t been to a Chick-fil-A in at least over a year. What brings me is a postcard coupon sent to my house. I opted-in with my coworker for the BOGO(greater or equal value) Chik-fil-a meal. I got the Spicy Deluxe with Pepper Jack, fries and an Arnold Palmer. The total was $ 8.02 for both meals(would be $ 16.04 without the coupon). Overall, pretty content with what I got. However, not too sure if I would pay the original cost for a meal though. pretty high for fast food in my opinion. Also, don’t forget the sauces! We were practically telling them we wanted almost every sauce and they were really good about it(shout out to the asian guy!). I also came back for a refill and the manager(I think) was really nice and friendly… which was why I decided to write a review. I’m happy with the customer service I received today for lunch!

Chick-fil-a is always high quality and full of friendly service. I consider it a preschool for foodies, as it exposes you to high quality yet accessible food options. This specific location has plenty of parking, and dozens of tables either indoor or outdoor. I just got some fries and lemonade to accompany my in-n-out burger on the other side of the parking lot. It took them a good 5 minutes to get me a bag of fries… Too long.

I love chick-fil-a!!! When it opened across the street from my alma mater, I was very excited to try it for the first time. I didn’t expect too much, but when I got my first fried chicken sandwich, I fell in love! The breading is crispy, and the chicken is consistently juicy and perfectly cooked… The best part though, is that chick-fil-a sauce! It kind of tastes like BBQ and honey mustard had a baby, delicious! The criss cut/waffle fries are also a crowd favorite, as well as the breakfast items(ends at 10:30 sadly…). The lil hashbrown medallions are so cute and easy to eat! This location is very modern looking and super clean. It’s really big and has a lot of inside and outside seating. It’s mostly college kids working here so either you catch a student on a good day – friendly and helpful, or someone whose attitude matches just failing a test – monotone… Lol. Chick-fil-a has the best fast food chicken sandwiches… I wish there was a San Francisco location!

Really nice setup. They have lots of friendly people ready to take your order. We were at the front of a long line in less than five minutes. We were there at lunchtime. I was almost positive we wouldn’t be able to find a place to sit inside, but I was wrong. It was a hot, humid day, and there was still plenty of seating inside. They also have a lot of outdoor seating. The point is, great place for lunch because you’ll be able to get in and out of there quickly and find a place to sit! Once you order, they’ll bring your food and drinks directly to your table. We had our food in less than five minutes after ordering it. The biggest challenge will be finding a parking place. The parking lot was packed. There’s a sign that says no University of Irvine parking, but I’m guessing people don’t pay much attention to it and use the $ 10 they save on UI parking on lunch!

My first chick-fil-A experience. I always wondered what it was but I am glad I got to try these amazing chicken sandwiches. Atmosphere: very large restaurant with plenty of seating. Just next to In N Out near the UCI campus. Service: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. i had multiple people offer to clear my table and refill my drink. Who does that in a fast food restaurant? Customer service here went beyond my expectations. Food: Very tasty chicken. Lightly battered and fried chicken tenders and sandwiches. The chick-fil-A sauce was an interesting blend of sweet and savory, but I preferred the buttermilk ranch. The waffle fries were perfectly fried and the potatoes were crispy but maintained it creamy texture. Intangibles: chicken sandwiches at their best!

Chick-Fil-A never disappoints! I go for the original chicken sandwich which is always moist and crispy. The choices of sauces are amazing as well! My favorite is the Chick-Fil-A sauce tastes like a mix of everything. Service is good. Most of the people working there are students who are really friendly. The words«my pleasure» is always in full effect as part of their customer service. For the entire month of Februrary, they were giving away free hot or iced coffee. This was perfect for all the college students looking for free, cheap caffeine. The iced original was good but I didn’t like the iced vanilla because it had a weird aftertaste. But free is free!

Oh you bet your money that they catered to the UCI crowd. How? This is the most«new» and refined CFA that I’ve been to. It’s classy and modernized, something that I haven’t seen before. They even have a drive thru with passage for TWO cars so that you can get your food faster(Yep! The designer saw the In-n-Out drive thru and realized something else had to be done). They did an amazing job with the limited spacing that they had. When you walk in you have the registers in front of you, where you order what you want. I had the #1 and upgraded to large for an extra 50 or some odd cents. Then you take a number and you walk down this longgg row where you can choose wherever you want to sit! I went during the grand opening so finding a seat was kinda hard but not impossible. They have ketchup and straws and napkins in the middle(along with the napkins), but you still have to ask the student workers for CFA sauce haha. The food here is pretty much the same as other CFAs, so that’s good that the quality at CFAs are the same. CFA also still trains their employees well, with their«My pleasure» and their happy attitudes that they give, catering to giving customers what they want. And yes. I did get a free coupon for a free breakfast on the first day. MWHAHAHA. I need to come for breakfast. I miss their sausage burritos u_u WAFFLEFRIES

This Chick-fil-A is fantastic! If you’ve been to other Chick-fil-A restaurants in the area(such as The District or Tustin Marketplace), you’ll immediately notice how this location has a significantly more contemporary design and looks great for a fast food restaurant. I think this definitely falls in the recent pattern of fast food restaurants modernizing their image and décor. I especially like how clean and efficient the ordering counter and cashier space looks; since the kitchen is well-hidden in the back, they’ve kept the front looking simple and inviting.(Side rant: this is unlike your typical McDonald’s or Starbucks where everything is pretty exposed and the you see all sorts of machines, opened boxes and junk laying everywhere. Specifically, for a huge chain that usually cares so much about atmosphere, most Starbucks are terribly cluttered behind the counter!) Aside from the aesthetics, this Chick-fil-A also seems to function extremely efficiently and appears like it was built for the sheer volume of cars, college students, and nearby working professionals that will probably frequent the restaurant. For instance, this particular Chick-fil-A boasts two drive-thru lanes to help speed things along.(I can’t help but compare this to the glacial pace of In-N-Out’s perennially long drive-thru line.) Moreover, there are I think 6 or 8 cashier stations(a lot!) which also also seem to have the capability of accepting payment via smartphone. On this I don’t have any further information, but it would also really help speed up the payment process. This Chick-fil-A is also huge – like, the biggest I’ve ever seen. Their fire dept sign says they can accommodate some 250 people. There is ample seating, lots of booths and tables, as well as a covered outside patio. And, with the ability to handle all these customers, I noticed that this location uses a colored table marker, along with your name, to help find you and give you your order. This is likely a tremendous help for accuracy and efficiency. As is usual with Chick-fil-A, service was outstanding for a chain fast food place. Whatever their training program is, it definitely works because even on an extremely busy opening day, the ordering and dining process was smooth sailing – no mistakes, no bad attitudes, and not slow. Usually restaurants take a while to get into their groove and I normally wouldn’t visit one on an opening day, but I’m glad I did in this case. Finally, when it comes to the food, my spicy chicken sandwich was perfect. It was so freshly hot and moist that I knew it had just been prepared minutes before. The fries were good as always, though they also go by so fast! In conclusion, this Chick-fil-A is probably the best I’ve been to(and I’ve been to an unhealthy number of Chick-fil-A’s), and thankfully I now have no reason to get a spicy chicken sandwich from the UCI food court Wendy’s anymore.
